Well, my Pking freind told me a awesom spot to get fast exp.

Warning you need to be level 85+ unless u want to waste tonnes of food.

ok.

Firstly, go to edgeville and fish salmon/trout. Cook them at the helmet shop. Now go down to the strong hold on the 3rd level (the green level) and go through the first door and you w8ill be in a masive group of spiders. Just stand and in the middle of them and sit back and watch ur exp rise, or until they stop attacking you. When they stop attacking go get more food or something then come bak down.

Keep repeating, very good exp, as spiders have 50 hp and are level 50 but hit 7s

You mean.. The exact same thing my script does? With charachters at level 45-50? Exept the fishing thing?

I fancy the lvl 167 monkeys in the temple on ape atoll. All ya need is 43 prayer and you can train there until 99. Because right next to the monkeys is a shrine to refill your prayer at.

So lets imagine I decided to write such a script, have you a account you could borrow me? For testing and stuff? You could hold my main while I do this.

Wow, this could be of some help to me when im that lvl maybe =], Im nearly there!

the flesh crawlers on the upper lvl of the stronghold is also quite good exp for lower lvls…

however it tends to be rather crowded at times

its a must try :)

Good suggestion.. BUT you need waterskins to stay alive in the desert. And it is, most importantly, members.

yea….good place aproch 50- 60k Exp in hour with d scimi, 70k with whip(atc & str 90+)

when they stop attacking run to other side(north-east)…. and keep switching

In f2p 30-40k exp per hour with rune scimi(atc & str 90+)


in p2p 1 more place for Afk training are dagganoths… (at least 70 + def needed)

The best place in members is bandits garunteed 100k+ exp 90+. I train there ever since they messed up pc.

Good of you to post assistance like this but I agree with others that at 85+ ape atoll is probably your best option. Especially if you have full dharoks as you can get to less than 10 health using protect from melee and recharging at the alter there and I have seen people hit 89's there.

Been training at that area already. It's fast and i'm only level 64 :D.

if you're 70 defence you can wear full torag with obby shield and wear a ring of life and let your character there for 5 minutes. Come back and eat until full life and repeat.

Kharidian desert in members.

Check the RS map.

hehe i always trained there because you can AFK train :)

sik of it, max hit with 99 str, prayer, etc is 82 with full dh so seeing a 89 would be a lie.. but i like full dh at apetoll to, they dont hit with prayer and you can recharge.

First of all, learn what you talk about, please. max hit is 110 with best prayer and all stuff. Pixel lovers. :p

Another place for the lower levels would be the flesh crawlers in the south-east corner of level 2, thanks for the tip.

Yes, down the Stronghold of Security dungeon.

Another good training spot is the black knight's fortress. Somewhere inside there, there is an altar which you can recharge at. You need 43 prayer though.

wow pretty good place to train but i train at moss giants in crandor but i guess this is a good spot ill try it

I think theres an easier way,

1. Go to the end of the 2nd level of stronghold.
2. Go to One of the 2 rooms with agressive creatures.
3. Flesh Crawlers and zombies are the only ones in these rooms.
4. When 1 room stops being aggressive, go to the other.
5. Flesh Crawlers give 100xp per Crawler, and zombie hardly hit above 6.
6. Around 40k exp per hour if done correctly.

yea ape atoll sound best for the higher lvl since theres a atler and they quite a high lvl :D

These are good xp but if u can get a spot at bandits it would be better. :P

It's a great spot to train at, I used to train there and got from 92 to 96. :)

This is great training for 40+ Def. I got 99 att, str, def here.

For members only:
Another way to get good exp, which if you're a high level you probably know is to get a god cape and go to the bandit camp in the desert. With your god cape on they will attack you no matter how many of them you have killed. I would suggest a high level and it makes it really easy if you have guthans. I like to just chill in one of the houses with the door open and just pwn the little bandits.

this is actually a great way to train melee

i guess it really depends on ur status atm. for example, members would obviously rather train at bandits because for higher levels its better exp, and for different combat styles like ranged and magic, chins at ape atoll vs skeletal monkeys or alcing would be multiple times better than this method.

it is a good guide for nonmembers mellee xp though, gj :)

Good spot for F2Ps. Members can find better spots though. :)

Yea it is a good spot i got 60-76 str there but now i do bandits in mems

This is a good spot for f2p. But if you I like bandits better when im a member.

And you dont need waterskins while being in the bandit city.
