Twice he's tried to buy/sell pins on SRL. Once through the Dump, and once through his sig. Both recently. (he also tried to sell an army, but that was just…funny :p)
My question is this: Why hasn't he been punished? He only completely ignored one of SRL's most important rules…
I just don't think he should be allowed to get away with it. Spamming us half to death doesn't help my opinion of him.

Well I've already warned him about it after the sig.
The dump he didn't know and the sig he thought it was ok b/c it wasnt a thread. I don't think he will do it again, but the next time he does try to sell something like a pin or account etc on SRL then more needs to be done since I've already warned him.

Okay, but in my opinion, there's no excuse to not know the rules when you've got 1k+ posts on a forum.
Atleast he knows now, though.

That is very true. But the thread way kind of awhile ago to do anything now, but the sig was last week, he now has 1,900+ posts, so maybe we should do something I don't know, I'll leave it upto the more experienced higher powers.
I'll add poll into thread just incase

Yea like I dont think it should be anything majour but needs to be more then just a warning. But I don't know what would work but not be too much. :confused:

I'm just really annoyed of him.
Even though hermpie may be just looking for what rules are not strictly enforced …
(like the sig rule thing :p only up to 5 lines… i think mine breaks 15 woot :p no complaints)
We will have to do something to him if he does break a rule again…
But I truly do believe he at least deserves an infraction :p
Meh. I dont like the guy anyways. But i dont think its that big of a deal. I thought you were allowed to put it in your sig anyways.

Well, from what I've seen hermpie isn't really a model SRL Member or in my opinion, a very good one at all.
He posts a lot of spam, gets off topic a lot, doesn't really "read" an entire thread before posting about it, I haven't seen any scripts from him either, but I haven't released any in a while either so I can't blame him for that.
I don't know what to say, I think an infraction is the least drastic thing we could do (or at least that he deserves) an a 1 week ban being the most drastic thing we could do.
I think an infraction for now, and if he violates the rules again maybe a 3-7 day temp ban? I know I'm being harsh although he annoys me, as well as quite a few other members with his constant spam and, in this case, disregard of forum rules.

I think thats what we should do with him.
*Unless the violation breaks a perm ban rule.

I agree with that but there are many other people that I could say the same thing about.
I don't think he has really done anything that bad, just tell him he's had his last warning. It's a little late now for anything to be done.
