SRL Archive - Bot Information and Spottings

There is a huge group of mods and admins going around runescape banning every autoer they see. What they're looking for is basically lvl 3's with random names like wnkkjg3 . So if you guys are autoing, i advise you guys to at least have high lvl accounts (higher than three at least) and reasonable names. Just wanted to inform you guys on what was going down.

Good. We don't condone people autoing with default clothes and similar names and CB lvls lower then 20. So I hope they all get banned.

Mods can not ban, only Admins can.

Well, I should work for JagHex and help ban teh lvl 3's and leave SCAR untouched ;)

Well we don't get affected if we auto properly.

Well we should because of the CB rule. Plus I don't know if this is still in effect, but scripts usually log out when the see a mod. So we are safe both ways.

Yes, and clearly the picture shows a J mod ("admin") standing right there.

btw, anyone notice the pmods trying to bypass the word censor to say that persons name? "f r u * * *", "fr(uk)" :p

This happens every couple of weeks/months. The JMods and PMods organise a time and world where they go bot-catching. I've done it before… its fun ;).

lol, imo them having to personally come out and ban even the level 3 bots shows that their so called 'macro detection system' does not work.

And as some others have said, this should not affect scar.

yea i was talking to them. And apparently that was the last world that the went through. well i hope this helps every one auto properly.

He said mods and admins, there could have been some p-mods along with them. And no offense, but if you are going to call someone a name associated with intelligence level, at least spell the word right. "Dummies"

The mod somethings are Jagex staff. ie admins, JMod… The ones with the silver crown in the name are PMods.

ehh, i havent seen mods do that that much, i think they probably were just doing that to intimidate autoers to show they stil exist, ive noticed that most mods hang around lumby though, so i try and watch out thier but, i dont think that the mods have been any more active recently

JMods don't need to auto, they can just make their skills all 99 or spawn whatever items they need.

it shouldnt effect us because we need lv25 or higher macroers

im autoing on only 70+:P

u cant just ban all the lvl 3s coz theres skillers lol

BTW, was this on members world or F2P? Cuz I have never seen this many mods at once!

Actually i'v heard this before… but i'm totally happy they do that…thats why are SRL 7 golden rules made…

but yeah frankly i dont care how many lvl 3 macroers get banned, because if they r with us they r breaking a rule so they deserve it, and if they r with other bot types they deserve it anyway for not being one with srl lolz!!!!! i want to see if i can talk to a jmod and tell them about one of my acocunts and how they convicted me wrongly :p

Dude, this thread is really old and it shouldnt get bumped anymore, i had to tell that guy not to bump it. So my bump was a good bump, but your bump was useless. Dont BUMP!

Anything that makes u mad makes me happy :f: so Bump :p and also if jagex made macros INTO the game, so people can make their own small and buggy scripts with like 3 lines, we woundt need SCAR or RsBot or SMART or any other macro for RS

Yeah, ditto that :D . I figure that if they're not going to bot properly they shouldn't bot at all. Those people give botters a bad name.
