In my form, if you disconnect your internet and play my script and put any auth in, you get Socket Error # 11004 because it cant acess the page which i noticed.

I tried all this stuff like if it gets Socket Error # 11004 in the debug it will close the form and terminate script but its not working :llll

This is what im using.

for I := I to 100 do
    if GetDebugLine(I) = 'Socket Error # 11004' then
      begin
         Result := True;
         CloseFirstForm := True;
         frmdesign.ModalResult := mrCancel;
         Exit;
      end else
        Result := False;
 end;

It works for the Acess error thing you get if you decline the connection to the website, but not for this -.-

It might just be your net. Can we see the whole script? Its not top-secret I hope.


Yeah… I have these problems with my threads too :p.

Its my pay script :D how dare you ask to see it ;D, nah but that happens when your trying to connect to a script which connects to the internet when you have no internet connection, been testing alot.

I made something like this.. First of all do this: Try except, this makes sure the code isn't going to crash.

And this is what i used, to see whether your "online".

  if Length(GetPage('http://www.guimp.com/')) > 5 then
    Online := True;

You could change it to your own url though, and increase the length a bit :).

I wouldn't use a new get page, just get the page once in a variable and compare it.

I just used the quote button because the reply button was to far away ^.^
