SRL Archive - Bot Information and Spottings

Hey everyone!

I'm compiling a list of areas where there are no random events. I think that this would be a very good think to do because it means that we can fully take advantage of SRL - and have scripts run forever.

The only two I know of are the duel arena, and the mage training arena.

The Tz-Haar minigame dungeon where you get lava cape.

It doesn't have anything there….

According to a thread I found on Tip.It:

Barrows tombs
Inside a random that gives you access to tabs (Freaky Forester, etc)

The burthorpe games room where you can play games like checkers etc.

barrows is best to alch in for example :D stand there and wait for a noob to run out of prayer

No mini games in RS have randoms…..mini games are only p2p though…..

Yeah, but how do you define a minigame? I wouldn't say the duel arena or barrows counts as a minigame, but apparently they do.

You kno the pyramid? The part were u pray at later to switch to ancients or regular spells….try their?

i dont think this will benefit F2P much since there are very few areas.

That's what I was thinking as well :) maybe we could brainstorm places and then try them? I wonder if the room where the dragon is on Dragon Slayer would have randoms .. would be kind of hard to ascertain, but would be interesting :p

Oooh inside the dragon place? Thats a nice thought, especially if there are still safe spots.

You can't re-enter the lair once you have completed the quest…and if you have started it…then you are going to have to hide from an angry Dragon ;)

…Inside the abyss? I used to go there all the time, and I never got one inside it.

…What about the place where you find abyssal demons?

…Or…Well, altars are full of randoms. PoH's have them. One of the mods made a joke about 'not being able to mute them' at Zezima's wedding. Yeah thats all that I can think of.

Yah theres still safe spots in the dragon slayer place… and in the wilderness there are hardly any randoms. VERY few… I think in all my pking time ive gotten 3 (other than abyssal) i got a security guard, a wise old man, and a camo. (this i over the course of like 2 years of pking lol.

maybe you could get a partner and curse eachother for a few hours in single combat.

I thought the basement in lumbridge castle is random free, the one with bone weapons quest cave thingy… not 100% sure

What about death's house? I know its temporary and in the middle of nowhere, but i guess you could high alch notes in there…

While you are walking in runescape, you will gather MUCH less randoms than if you are doing something stationary, for example, smithing or mining. Keep that in mind.

Are you trying to saw that you could alch while walking? Yes, its possible, but REALLY annoying. (Alch, walk, alch,, walk..)
