Im havign a problem with ScarScape. After it types in my bots s/n and pw it just freezes and never makes it to the 2nd login screen. I have been running sss for quite awhile now. any ideas?

Same thing is happening with me. It started doing that after the most recent update (LootShare). Maybe Jagex did something to prevent ScarScape from running? Logging in from www.runescape.com works fine and so does the official rs client. I would say just use the rs client or the website until the problem is fixed.

Yes, I get this error too. I think that LootShare thing killed it too :(

BTW, I am wondering how that works. If you kill a monster and get 1 big bone, who on your clan gets the bone?!

Whoever killed it I guess?

Anyway, I hope Scarscape starts to work soon or there is a fix that gets released :(

its back and no its not very detectable as far as i know

Im guessing it broke because it changes the client on run time, and taht the loothsare/ jagex has altered the coding of the client either accidentaly with lootshare or on purpose and so now it cant do its job…

And it can't break, it simply makes Math.random() return a static value, therefore it is just as detectable as sythe's scarscape.

Sorry, but what is scarscape? I went to the sites but I am not clear on what exactly it is…

About the lootshare thing –

If one dragon bone drops, it goes to a random party member. So it's not necessarily the person who killed the monster, but it's random. Also, if you didn't get a drop for a few rounds, you have a higher chance to get something the next round.

Is scarscape like swiftswitch? Or are there other benefits? I'm currently using swiftswitch but it scarscape is better, I'll switch to that.

ScarScape is just like the regular runescape client, but it starts with the compass on PERFECT north. It also 'keeps the colors the same' or something like that, I never understood that part. But it makes scripts run a LOT better. (if you're looking for a good client with extras and stuff I think eliteswitch is better than swiftswitch, but idk if it's more detectable or w/e).


Oh and ScarScape has been updated and should run fine now, I think you have to redownload it (maybe it auto-updates?).
