Well, I want to start learning VB and I don't know where to start. What ever the easiest program to make is I guess.

If I were you, I wouldn't learn VB. I would jump to C or C++ (maybe even Java), or at least read the tuts.

It might help also if you wanted to learn Delphi (Object pascal).

I tried C++ but its too confusing for me.

Learn VB, then move onto vb.net and then c# and c++. You will have the basic experience in programming by the time you get to C# and c++, I looked at c++ and thought WTF?!

I wouldn't recommend C# at all. If you're interested in a syntax like that, try Java.

Robot,

I have done C# and Java. Although there are differences, from a learning standpoint either will give great benefits to the other.

I would choose either and the advice I would give to a beginner is to learn one of these before anything else, as you effectively get 2 for the price of 1.
