I think that they cannot contain any "malware", but some scripts may have code which logs your keys.
Anyways, while the SCAR script is not running, it cannot be harmful.
I think.

Well I am pretty sure scar scripts can be keyloggers but I doubt they would be able to boot on startup and they can't run without you clicking run. Can always stop them :D

I don't think it possible. Most of the codes here are safe, and the best out there ( I think) So just get scripts from here to be safe.

the only way i know of is by, taking your username and password (which you enter in msot scripts) then logging into your account, adding the persons username and then sending the username and pass to them… but that can be easily detected, by checking for any other usernames in the script

The script itself doesn't contain "malware", but if you download the script (instead of take from code/quote box) There could be another hidden file that has a keylogger, but most don't :D If there is one, it's probably on a very leechable script like a yew woodcutter.

Scar scripts a text files, not binary, so they could not contain attached machine code ("exacutables"). A problem with this was with earlier computers. You may or may not know that text is stored as numbers, but some computers interpreted extended characters (such as the dotted I and A) as instructions, screwing the computer. This problem no longer exists so you need not worry. All text files (.txt) are safe, all they contain is text information.
So no, but it could take over your computer. If you go to SCRIPT->INABLE API CALLS, but I would only do that if it was a trusted person telling you to do that.
You could always ask on the forums and only use popular scripts.
