Ok, this is my second fishing script, and it builds on many of the same things as my Draynor-Netter.

And seeing this is my second fishing script, I really have to make script for other skills :P

The color near the bank is almost always the same, so that should be working good, and I've got 3 different autocolor procedures for the mole, so that should be hard to get stuck there.

The script walks to the north-most fishing mole, but I should mean it could bank from both of the moles.

PS: I'll be waiting for those proggies :D

yo knives it didnt solve a fighting random and i died. But i ran it again for an hour and io went to sleep so on the proggie it said i fished 183 lobs i looked in my bank there was only 3 xD. Ima run it soon again.

SRL is having some problems with solving randoms :S I can't answer why.

Why it only fished 3 when I should've fished 183, I can't explain, perhaps its a walking bug. It doesn't find the bank, and then it just drops them…

yes i noticed that it gets 27 lobs it trys to bank but it cant so it drops them. But i still enjoy it. good lvling, keep working on it man.

Spot finder = good
autocolor = good
banking = could be a little faster
walking = ok
anti randoms = PROBLEMS. Didnt run from trolls. Didnt talk to genies. Didnt talk to jekyll, need much improving. Getting that big fish and losing cage. Cannot find cage EVER.
Anti ban = ok, could use a lil more phrases.

Overall good script except anri randoms and anti ban

The script has problems with randoms, but I think it's because it is for members. I've tried to fix it, call antirandoms more frequently and improve them, several times without results.

If you take a look at the cage-color and the molecolor on the mainscreen, you will barely be able to see a difference. Making it find the cage is more than hard.

took me 15 mins to finally run it lol… read through it, noted out auto-responds (i dont like them in general, nothin personal) and had to walk to guild, lol…

anywho - i really like it, awesome spot finding and banking and such… dont have enough time to see what everyone is talkin bout wit the the randoms, but hopefuly rev#6 solved all that =P

You should add a SetRun thing (running is always fun) and SRL stats too! =)
One thing that was odd, was it didn't do full loads (first load was 18 lobbs, second was 15) not a problem or anythin, jus wondering why this happened…

Nose_smasher: There is a setup for your player where you can decide the max time for one full load. If that time has passed before it gets a full load, it will automatically bank.

script doesnt work so great for me.. maybe czu i have srl revision # 6. i unno. but it doesnt find a new fishing spot when one fishing spot moves.. it says cannot find cage and then logs out lol.

tested. worked for about a load.

the banking was kind of slow. just stood there for a few secs then it continuted. the random talker is freaky. but working one so far. :redface:

Ok, thanks for letting me know. Did the Net-DTM work for you? Some people are obviously having problems with it…

About the banking speed. There is no SRL-procedure for opening the Fishing Guild Bank, so I had to make a DTM of that too. It works. Maybe not perfect, but it works.

the script works fine for me. I took out the random talk though, I didn't like it. Other than that it worked fine for two loads, now I'm giving it an hour test.

You'd be my new god if you made a catherby fisher. I can almost fish shark so either lobster or shark. I think catherby would be good because everyone watches your moves in the guild, and it can probably lead to a ban. And in catherby it's mostly crowded so nobody will really know your moves, you know?

is the MouseAntiBan good? I was trying to add a AntiBan that clicks on the skill tabs, but it didn't work out so great. then your script was acting funny with me and wouldn't work so great like it did.

I logged on and I did have a lobster cage..

I'll make a new Cage-DTM and then upload the script. I'd like to be your new god, but as I stated before, I don't have members account. I got a script request from a guy at Freddy1990.com and I told him I'd do it if he could borrow me a members account. The only thing I did to his account was to give him a few more lobbies :D

I could easily make one for catherby containing both shark and lobster fishing. I'd need to borrow another members-account, though.

woohooo i just want a lobby script that actually works. to bad the find cage wasnt working earlier.

The randoms didnt work, it detected taht it was being attack but only ran like 2feet away and proceeded back to fishing

also the script is very laggy
It works very well all u need to add really is multiple logins so u can cut down the randoms

Ok, i tested it. I fished 6 lobster and de spot changed. It did not go to the other but stands there for 1 minute doing nothing. After that it logged out. In scar it says this:

Did not find cage. Logging out…

Damn cage bug, I have no idea how to fix that. I made a new version with a new DTM of the cage. If that was what you used, I'm clueless…

If you wait a few days, you will be able to enjoy my Catherby Lobster/Shark fisher and Banker.

Hey so for some reason, the script will randomly think it doesn't have a cage, and then log out, and when I log back in…..my cage is there in my inventory, any ideas?

And it has a hard time finding the bank often times, and it just drops the fish, that's a little obnoxious.
Other than that it's great.

EDIT: Work on the running from fighting randoms, PLEASE!
I left my computer for awhile…and came back and my guy had died from a fighting random and I lost my rune helm and kite, nothing expensive, but still, please fix them to be much better….as I would have hated that to have been some type of dragon armor….

Hmm, maybe you could talk to the claw about what he did with his fisher?
Its never done that to me when I've used it, but his doesn't bank either, so I don't want to use it.
Also, maybe you should add a rotation thing.
Like, after it has completed its set amount of loads, it logs out, then logs back in, it should help cut the amount of randoms.
I'm not a scripter yet though so I don't know how ti go about fixing it

It's a problem with the DTM of the cage but I just can't see why it shouldn't work.

I easily got to 74 fishing in no time with Wizzup?'s Edgeville fisher in a couple of days. Use it on free world though since the antirandoms don't work for members randoms.

Well, it works pretty well.
A suggestion
add better banking! I come back and it's dropped 3-4 loads out of 10, it doesn't find the bank fairly often for me. Other than that it's pretty good except the problem I said earlier with the not finding the cage when it's in my inventory.

There are a few things (2 or 3) that needs tweaking, but nothing big. If my tester comes online soon, it'll only take 2 days more. Max 3.

It runs fine for me but its gotten me killed twice now. Because it doesn't run far enough for fights. Any way to fix that?

In the anti-randoms procedure, it says "RunTo('W',false)". Change that too: "RunTo('W',true)". That should make it run further.

Before banking was bad because it would freeze up trying to find the bank booth. But I changed this

ok i tryed this out today and here is what i got:

first of all it would not log in like it sais on the script to start logged out so i started it logged in.

it when it fishes 1/3 times it just comes up with the error can't finde water colour, and then log's out from inactivity.

when it comes to banking it fails 100% it manages to get to the bank with a full load.

When the script tells you to start logged out, why the hell do you, at purpose, start logged in?!

No, the banking is not very good, but what should I do ? I'm thinking of lending someones account when I finish the Catherby Fisher.

Yeah, tht was one thign I didn't like, it's VERY botty, I was thinking about looking at the source for other banking scripts I use and changing around the banking part a little.

I also changed the color it clicks for the first click when banking to the ground color outside of the bank, because you can ALWAYS see that from any dock, so it never misses it now. Idk if it'll work for everyone, but it worked for me…

I died somehow though, I left it running while I was at school, and I came home and I died, who knows how, and for some reason only kept one lobster….not my dragon axe, red boots or red cape, who knows why.

Sweet, I'd probably just use the fishing function, and probably your antibans, and write the rest, but if you revamp this to make the banking work 100% then I'd have no reason to make my own, haha

Mine goes in, and walks to a fishing spot, and starts. It sometimes won't look for a new spot when the old one goes. Does me talking cause it to stop?

Also, where is the mole talked of in the program?

I don't think he's acive anymore, maybe just try and write a new one, and use some of his functions if you need them, and just make sure to credit him.
