RC stands for Remote Control and enables the user to Remotely Administer his running script INGAME from another runescape client, i.e. from work or from school. Commands are send through Private Chat from the Master (You) to the Slave (bot). You are directly giving your bot orders. Currently there are 4 commands.



To RC, first you have to make sure the autoers set private to friends/on, and they must have your master account added. Then you logon with your master account, and the autoer will see you have logged on (once it calls RC).

Then the autoer says hi to the master. Then you can say status (you can change this to 'whats up' etc in RC.scar) and the autoer will tell you which players (by name, you can change this to nick) are false (lost or in random). Then you log out of master, and log on to the false players, solve random/put in to position.

Then you log back onto master and wait for autoer to say hi again, then you say reset, and wait for autoer to say reset back to confirm. All players are true.




It is wise to stand near to your Slave while you are giving commands, but it is ofcourse not neccesary. Also, after performing a command, RC will idle for 5 minutes! Why? To get rid of the red color in the chat window. So, you may only perform once RC every 5 minutes.

Description:
High Level Remote Control Command. Handles Remote Control.
Works as follows:
Checks for existence of red color in chat window.
If red color is found, it checks for the existence of the MasterBitMapMask.
If found it waits 60 seconds for pm "status" or pm "reset".
Then RC sleeps five minutes to get rid of the red text.

You might want to include that that is the nickname of the control master.

I just do this in my script

Ohh, so for

If my characters name is "Birfday_Cake", which it is not.


All along, I thought I had to download this mysterious RC Master. Lawl.

Well its normally RcMasters Nickname so for that put 'irf' or smoethink like that

once my guy says hi to the master, and i say status, it tells me my false players, but then even after i give it the reset commans(and stop too) the script just idles there. Anyone know whats up with that? :S

Hmmmm well last time it worked for me. sorry i font know bout this.

Cool will try it out soon and if possible if i encounter the reset problem will post it up later

I've check the RC it seem like on the first time the RC found and it said hi then there's nothing happen anymore

There is a five minute idle inbetween each RC command in order to get rid of the red chattext.

So when i log on master and say 'status' and recieve an answer, do i have to wait 5 mins before i can say 'reset'? is that what this whole 5 min idle thing is about?

I guess that the RC doesn't work if you turn on split private chat in your 'slave'?

LOL I never knew what RCMaster was for rofl. I though it was for RuneCrafting(RC) or something.

RC is for remotely control your army when your not in the area of the PC like if you run your army at home, you can check it with another PC at home at school or at work like me.

Re: The 5 miniute delay. Wouldnt it be possible just to have the slave read the last red line in the chat box, and ignoring everything above it? And i didnt know that the chatbox starts to clear things after 5 minutes. For me all the chat has just stayed there forever untill it either got bumped up the screen with new text or i logged out :S

However, why the 5 minute wait, what if you're in a highly populated area in which the red text already goes off the screen fast.

What commands do we use to control the bot? Do I just say Stop for it to stop autoing or Pause etc?

Helps if you read these are the only commands

Status
The Slave returns the names of all False Players.

Reset
Sets all your Players to True and resets to default Location if any is set. Typically called after you manually reset all the False Players to their startposition.

LogOut
Logs Out the Current Player.

Stop
Stops the Script.

In the five minute idle-time between commands, wouldn't runescape log the player out from being idle?

yes it will log out your charachter but then log it in

thats cool but RS is blocked at my school so i couldn't do it =(

i dont get it on my master the chat box is red but in my autoer its still blue in the corner of the main screen

go to the 11th gametab and click the "split private chat" off

o well thats just great
i just found out about rc and decided to find out how it works
and when i go to test it doesnt work

i done a few tests to see where it was going wrong and it doesnt find the name in the friends list

does anyone know if this is going to be fixed anytime soon ?
