I think it's saying you need a new video card with more memory? Such as my video card is a Geforce 8600 GT and on the box it says it has 256mb. I'm not really sure but at least it's what I think it means.

Or new computer incorrect or no video drivers. Or inbuilt graphics havnt assigned enough virtual memory.
