It says this "you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?

And my account is already activated and everything..

If it's in the members/junior members section, you don't have permission. Simple enough.

So even the downloads are like that to then?

yes unless you download in free scripts or first scripts section

So how do people turn into srl members?

Learn to script, make a good script, and apply for membership with it.
