Sup guys. This is another woodcutting release from Timothegreat. I saw that someone had requested a script that cuts willows and sells to the rimmington store so i made it happen. With your help and progress reports i can improve this script to benefit all.

How to run

AXE HAS TO BE UNWIELDED

Position your characters as i have positioned mine in the pic below:


Then fill out lines 11-19 and the player array.

Known Issues with version number

Version 1.0 - Terminates script if in a pinball random instead of switching chars (upgrade to version 1.1)

Version 1.1 - Says it lost axe head sometimes even though that random will never occur.

Version 1.3 - Good so far :)

ent finder is perfect… never ever had a broken axe

how long does it run for for you?

it should run overnight with many players but i have tested for around 20 min and it worked fine

this script is crazy!!! does it have a proggy report? please keep updating this dont give up on it!!! this best willow cutter script ever!! it worked for at least 1 and half our with just one account and i manually stopped it! ..too bad i never saw any proggy report…thanks so much! :D :D :D

yep ive got a lot of stats for this script so far

needs some work on it the sellinbg is not flawless i lost my rune axe some how and it somtimes does not get back to the trees

1st couple runs will have kinks but with help from testers, it will be a lot better

it works perfectly until hes goin to trade with the shop guy, when he is in the house it starts laggin and it says –> Invalid Password for UserID: 2451

I made a rather quick view to your script and I have to say it's good;)

I still have feedback to share with you:)

Be carefull with that x-10 and stuff, if your x is 0 you'll get an error I think.
Also, you have

    case Random(2) of

ok, but it never can be the value 3 :)

Same for:

You have a function that already includes that waiting ;)

It's really cool You have FFlag over there, but that 15 seconds of wait isn't necesarry, you will walk Southern,
wait until the flag is gone and then a 15 seconds of wait?? Make it a little bit less ;)

I think there can be some improvements:
You have a blind click.
You have no failsafe in your loop.
You have no door opener (if there is a door, I think there is)

procedure logitout;

Use SRL's one plz, much better though.

procedure switchworlds;

There is one included in SRL, try using that world switcher.

Remember:

After Nextplayer you don't need Login, because Nextplayer already does.

It is the following procedure:

Procedure IsAxeBroken;

Over there you have got:

If (FindDTM(AxeHandleDTM, BX, BY, MIX1, MIY1, MIX2, MIY2)) and
       (Not(FindDTM(RegularAxeDTM, NX, NY, MIX1, MIY1, MIX2, MIY2))) then
  Begin
    writeln('lost axe head finding it now.')
    Nextplayer(false);
  end;

It finds for 2 DTMs, if those 2 aren't found it'll say that you've lost your axe head and that he's going to find it right away, look:

    writeln('lost axe head finding it now.')

So, the most logically answer is that he didn't made properly DTMs of the axe head and axe handle.

However, if we look to that piece of code again, this part of it:

    writeln('lost axe head finding it now.')
    Nextplayer(false);

You see that when the script says that the axe is lost (let us say that the DTMs would work and that the head really fell of) then the script would logout the current player and loging the next one… so his script actually hasn't got a working axe picker

BTW guys i will have to edit that out since that random is gone now. You cannot i repeat cannot lose your axe head anymore wcing. That random has been removed.

I would love to see more people post comments and not just leech. Also, get a stats account if you haven't yet.

wat crap? it was a question it wasnt spamming i was asking a question since after all this is the woodcutting thread and it is the best power cutter iv used since thats all iv used it for so i thought ud b able to help me

It probably broke from an ent or something and so it sold it. It might or might not have broken

trust me the ent finder is flawless so it would not be broken ;)

OK, heres my opinion on the script.

1. The tree cutting was great, and i suppose the ent is also
2. The anti ban (at least i think it is) is a little "crazy".. after i start chopping a tree, the mouse starts moving around the screen, from place to place, almost never stopping. Give that mouse a break! :D
3. The script had a little trouble selling the logs to the store. I manually moved the mouse over the shopkeeper, and it continued form there.

Overall, a pretty decent script

why da heck isnt anyone posting huge progies for the script? too bad u dont have a proggy thing but to tell you with this cutter, ive power cut at least 5k willows thanks a lot!

Looks like a pretty nice script. Can't wait to test - my army members are almost all 30wc…one member left to get ther which will be short amount of time. I like the idea of selling the logs imediately - like powering but u got $$ :)

lol u shud leave it for a longer test mine, went up to 3 hours! btw timothegreat i have a stats account from last year, but the problem is i forgot both the username and password. i didnt use it last year because it said i have to remove firewall or somethin wich got me scared. so how can i get my stats account thing back. cuz when i create a new one it tells me that i already have one for this account. plz help!:D

Hmmmmmm….. Looks good :) If I get time to use (and get my players to Rimmy) I will use.

It works great other than a few randoms it's failed to detect. Overall a pretty good script.

i didnt create the random detection, i tell it to check for randoms a lot. Its srl's fault if it does not detect.

positioned my character where yours is. pressed play. and it would set the chats, rotate screen, and log me out.

I've set the const and declareplayers. what can I do?

Edit: I had my axe wielded. so I unwielded it to see if that was the problem. and it worked! so you can maybe add that you cannot have your axe wielded. :p

• the script went tree clicking crazy! wouldn't stick to chopping one tree.
• noticed it symbol clicked to get to the general store, can't that end up in bannage?
• didn't sell to the general store, but it did get to it. then it just logged me out.

Tweakz?:

• you should re-make and organize your main script post.
-crop the picture. -re-do intro, "Sup guys. This is another woodcutting release from Timothegreat." -Updated - Oct. 16th. that's probably why people aren't coming to this script, because that makes it seem old. just include that in your script with // or { } comments.
• fix the clicking crazyness.
• fix walking procedure to a less ban way.
I hope to re-test it whenever you tweak it up a bit! I love the idea of the powercut or selltostore!

powercut is very good though, i only use it for powercut mostly

yep power cut it will run for lots longer.

Oh boy, another Rimmington Willow Seller. It looks pretty good, but here are some things that could be improved:

• The if not LoggedIn then Exit; failsafe should be in all of your procedures that use the game client, like finding the shop keeper, looking for the trees, etc. You have it in some of them, just make sure you add it to them all.
• In your Tree and Shop Keeper finding procedures you have Random(3) to pick random coords, but Random(3) only returns 0-2, not 0-3. Use Random(4) to get 0-3.
• FindFastRandoms is no longer needed. You can use any of the other random finding functions instead (FindNormalRandoms, FindTalk, and Find(Non)InventoryRandoms work fine).
• Add some more failsafes to important procedures like finding the shop to increase efficiency as well as accuracy.
• Logitout; is unnecessary. Simply use Logout; and you'll be fine.
• Finally, make sure you free your DTMs at the end of the script. It looks like you can't do this right now seeing as you have a repeat until(false), so you might want to change that.

Yep. This would be a great powercutting script to gain levels. If you use please register for script stats.

change the player array, like check the number of players you have it set to. Also delete the empty player slots you are not using

When I have powercut set to false, and sell to true.

It goes to the general store, but then it logs out and changes players.

It does not sell anything.

just use powercut then gosh, the selling wont get you much money anyways

download your includes, have scar 3.12c, download srl 4, use the SVN, checkout to srl revision #7!!!!!!!!

i get [runtime error] : out of range in line 43 in script then it says the file location. i need help!!!

set the howmanyplayers correctly and delete unused char slots

my script does the same thing exept it stops at the part where it says loading dtms. odd. i got 3.12c and srl rev 7

works for me, i have no clue why it isnt for u

all right ill give it diagnostics until i find the problem, i will not rest, i will not tire and i will not fail.

after running some pretty intense diagnostics (witch solved the problem).
i came up with this:
in "antirandoms" procedure removed
FindFastRandoms;
SolvePinball;

the first is obsolete as of revesion 7 of srl4
the second witch is the culprit hung every time it ran why i would not know.
ill get back on you as soon as i see why it hangs.

currently with those lines removed its working great. all thats missing is the pinball solving.

solvepinball is a pretty mean script its self so i would have to waist my precious time checking whats up. anyhow that lets the problem be known.

are you certain this is how its implemented? i mean it came out of pups?.

judging by those screen shots you still dont have an ad blocker. get the firefox extension adblock plus(abp). you will never see another add on rs again. after you install i recomend that you scubscribe to the easylist(USA).:sasmokin:

Quadruple Post Much? Updated to version 1.4!!!!! Added my own human like mouse and better ent detection. Use only for powercutting for best success.
