This is the stupidest thing ever!
I made a "banker" account so i could store money on incase my other accounts got hacked or you know, so i got my player through the tut. and all that, and i didnt say 1 word in rs, i put 3m on this character cb 3, and BOOM! next day im banned for swearing.. :S:S wow Jagex is fucked

What does it say in the view evidence bit?
They either probably made a mistake by banning you for swearing, or made a mistake by putting it under swearing.

But I have never been banned for anything.

lol its so stupid. i was on that charcter for maybe 2 hours, never autoed or anything

yeah, one of my lvl 3 bankers got banned for "jagex staff impersonation" without ever saying a word. I think its because they dont have a "uneven trading" rule or something like that.

They could use Multi Logging as an excuse to ban you…
The only account I have ever had banned was an account that I made to get it banned. I used Ron's BanYourSelfFast script. Funny story lol.

I made the account and went to world 1 varrock and started the script.
Within 5 minutes I got muted by a mod.
Next day it said my account was disabled so I went to look.
I had been banned for rule 3.
I appealed that and next day I was unbanned.
The day after that I tried to login and it said I was still banned.
I went and checked and now they said I was banned for rule 1.
Haven't appealed that yet but I might eventually. Lol.

Perhaps the name was offensive ?….It seems to take them a few days after you have created the account, before they issue bans for bad names…I had a few banned for this reason…with questionable names…."Mr Fugly"….I named it after my cat…I appealed it, telling them as much, and it's not my Cat's fault, but he is "Efin' Ugly"…didn't work….. and .." Oh Boots"...not sure how that 1 is offensive…..I now let my characters sit a few weeks after creating them, just to make sure that the name is "OK" by Jagsex…..
