Yeah so i downloaded GTA Vice City today like 15 mins ago and its done and i played it a few mins ago but the sound dosent work only the MP3 player in a vechile and bikes and boats works and i know its a old game but it is kinda fun :D i think its my PC's fault… any help will be thanked:D

I had the same error once, Try searching for the files in ur cd and drag and drop them again.
Or try reinstalling.
BTW:
Edit ur cars so they go suuuper fast!

JuKKA thx for the advice but i dont got a cd cuz i downloaded it from rapidshare but everything else works like the cutsecenes there u can hear when they say and ill change the skins of the cars when the game works but nice advice and i have downloaded it from 3 diff places and all have the same prob.. mp3 works, scenes works but not the real in-game sounds….

vice city is better in my opinion.. but the landscape on san andreas + planes are better..

u probably downloaded a rip so that sound was taken off for smaller size
u should download with torrents WAY better ;)
