To all those who have become my friends, those in whom I respect, and have gained respect; and to everyone else I am forgetting,

I am leaving because I know that as long as I am active at these communities I will be unable to completely rid myself of Runescape.

The game is not the reason I was here; I like many others was here for the community, and the unique challenges and opportunities to feel achievement that SCAR has offered me.

Few of you know that I have been long forbidden to play the game of Runescape since letting it at one point become one of the most important elements of my life. By continuing to "play" this game to create scripts and by running scripts with these characters I have been disobeying my father; something I am no longer willing to do.

Other than that there is little more for me to say. I will still be checking in on these forums for some time and I hope to find a programming forum I can use to learn either Delphi 7 or VB 2005 which I will need to know for my second semester of tenth grade.

Bam Bam told me about this over MSN so im assuming the conversation is the same (dont have time to read lol). Good luck w/ delphi. Hopefully your dad will let up on you :D. Maybe after you learn some delphi, you will stop by here and give us a plugin or two ;)?

I know that feeling (as a father…). I have made this agreements with my children: as long as their school proceedings are in order, I dont I have any legitimation to cut them short. For all I know, they could be hanging around at the coffeeshop in their free-time, but instead they decide to devote their time to rs and are happily gaming at their parents home.

Thats fine with me. It's nothing compared to the stuff I did when I was 14-18. Perhaps you can make this bargain.

Bye! But uh, you are not forced to play\cheat runescape when you are at this forums, you can make some Delphi stuff to, or make a sick owning SCAR Game ^^.

I never said I felt forced to play the game. I do however feel unable to get away from it as long as I am here.

And to Fawki: I've already let any opportunities of making that deal slip through cracks in the floorboards. My parents aren't forcing me to leave this forum, I want to leave the game and everything related to it.

To Freddy: I can still work on the manual. I said I would, so I will.
