One of my friends got made a Runescape player mod - in and of itself that isn't funny, but the thing is, he autos like crazy. xD And it wasn't even his main! :p

He ran an auto-reporter that just walked around to a bunch of really popular bot areas and reported people. He wanted to see how long it would take for him to get banned, and instead he got mod status. How hilarious is that? It can't have been that recent, but I just found out. Just goes to show you that cheating is almost always the best option (well, in online games at least).

How many noobs report it when they get muted?

I used to have zezima on my friends list, he was really annoying. Pretty much any time he would log on he would spam the button (I cant remember what it is right now, lol) that would make him go online offline online etc. It was really annoying. Id definitely mute him lol

The auto-reporter was his own, because apparently he couldn't find a "good enough" one by anybody else. He's a mining/woodcutting kind of guy. Makes most of his money with runecrafting, though, but he says he does that without autoing (he probably can't find a runecrafting script :P ).

Yeah, I would run the script on a noob account first. If I get banned woohoo I don't give a shit. But if I don't I recommend my main for Pmod through the Pmod forums. :)

Jagex only responded to a report from me once when a guy was asking for passwords to level up people. Other than that Jagex hates me. :) I even got an offence for typing 3 letters with no meaning. There was a mod there and I think he reported it as spam, but I should not have got an infraction for that, it was stupid, I appealed it and they prob didn't do shit.

I think they just ignore people's appeals, and say Apology Accepted in the status, but don't remove the blackmarks.

I'm running BotCatcher a bloody ton in hopes of Pmod rofl. Reported like 120 bots.

You should show him me and Hy's updated version of BotCatcher by SRL. I AM NOT TAKING CREDIT FOR MAKING IT. IT WAS ORIGINALLY MADE BY SRL (Admin account used for SRL releases. Not sure who really made it). Me and Hy just updated the old version because it was old and didn't work. It works really well now. Doesn't walk around but still works great. Click the stats in my sig to get it.

Well great post hehe totally random… I think we should all run a bot catcher for atleast an hour for every 10hours we auto… It'll make runescape better for everyone, and of course makes it less obvious that we are the autos :D
