The forums are back up now after the DNS server we were used for a long time randomly forgot about 'villavu.com'. I've now switched over to the Gandi nameservers, since we have the domain there anyway.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I hope to also migrate the forum to another server before the end of this year, so there might be some more downtime later in December.

Well, not exactly, I think I was supposed to migrate the DNS for a while already, I just did a part of it now, so the problems should be done. I'll do the email and such tomorrow.

Not to de-rail, but man I remember the days when you couldn't even keep up with all of the new posts each day! Still a great place to reminisce

Thanks for the heads up. I'm just relieved you didn't decide to pull the plug on the site.

I just learned about this place I am glad things are up and running. I would have hated to never found this gem lol.
