Above are for a RSPS as I've taken a short timeout from OSRS due to a ban on 2 accounts. The 2 accounts used attached smithing.simba to get >30m smithing XP each 100% F2P.

So before I critique your work and cast my vote, do you have examples of recent work you've done that utilizes SRL?

Hey Flight,

The below link is a smither I wrote that smiths R2H's and once it runs out of bars withdraws all of the smithed item noted and high alchs them. It uses SRL-Development and Simba 1400. I was using it on 2 accounts for a few months in F2P they got to 30m smithing xp each and > lvl 90 magic from alching. These accounts both got banned on the same day in May though so the more recent scripts in gitlab on the first post are for a RSPS. I have plans (and some accounts with base stats/quests completed) to get back into OSRS again soon.

Thanks for the example script. I looked it over shortly after your post but I'm absolutely booked elsewhere and rarely have time to even open my laptop. My apologies about the late reply.

I like that you've utilized an array of utilities of the SRL include; RSWalker, mainscreen object-finding, item-finder, and a decent amount of antiban. The randomness scattered about further boosts the human touch of your script. However one detail that stood out to me is your saturated use of near static wait times. Personally I'd like to see some of (if not most of) these be replaced but WaitUntils for realistic efficiency or custom tailored wait loops, which perform other actions while waiting for a timer to end. Another layer of antiban. I realize this is a private script and therefore fabricated to meet your own standard, but if you plan to release your work publicly (and I would certainly hope so, given the rank you're applying for) I'd suggest cleaning up parts of your scripts. An example would be turning this:

STEEL_BAR: TRSITEM = '2353';
IRON_BAR: TRSITEM = '2351';
BRONZE_BAR: TRSITEM = '2349';
MITHRIL_BAR: TRSITEM = '2359';
ADAM_BAR: TRSITEM = '2361';
RUNE_BAR: TRSITEM = '2363';
IRON_PLATEBODY: TRSITEM = '1115';
STEEL_PLATEBODY: TRSITEM = '1119';
MITHRIL_PLATEBODY: TRSITEM = '1121';
ADAM_PLATEBODY: TRSITEM = '1123';
R2H: TRSITEM = '1319';
STEEL_NAILS: TRSITEM = '1539';
SMITHHAMMER: TRSITEM = '2347';
DWARVENSTOUT: TRSITEM = '1913';
SMITHXP = 225;
SMITHITEM = R2H;
..into this:

SMITHXP = 225;
SMITHITEM = 'Rune 2h sword';

No need to clutter the head of your script, too complicated and you might be turning away users, if that matters to you.

Now with the script aside, I would certainly like to see you be a bit more involved here on the forums as that's where the rank applies. Some would argue that forum/community presence is irrelevant to being considered for the Member rank but I absolutely disagree. Members and above are supposed to set an example for the rest of the base. You'd be part of a relatively small group of people who have proven themselves both adept with SRL and known amongst the community here.

I vote Yes. Don't let me down!

Thanks a lot for the review, I appreciate you taking the time to look through it.

I had some issue in an early development SRL where it wasn't finding the item based on the sting and ended up referencing by ID since. I've had a lot of joy keeping lists as a type and using the Simba code completion to autocomplete what I want to choose by adding the '.'
type
EFOOD = (lobster, shark, trout, swordfish, tuna);

var
EFOOD.l//list appears here to tab to complete

waituntil is a brilliant feature and have used it a lot on the RSPS code I've been writing (for the purpose of making it as fast as possible instead of antiban though).
