1: When you stop your script, Always click out of the applet ! As in the there is the rs window, and then the black stuff and then the edge of your screen, Click the black stuff and then press Ctrl+s. Reason: They log every key pressed and every mouse click with the java applet, and if they see one account pressing Ctrl+s alot, they can easily see you are scaring !

nah it really doesnt matter, i got a bunch of programs with Ctrl+Alt+key hotkeys.. they cant just ban you for pressing a combination of keys every once in a while because there are MANY programs with hotkeys like this ;)

I know but they log the keys, I mean.. you are safer if you go this way, but if not… Oh well, your fault :)

If they had a keylogger in runescape, this site would be known to them by now, and taken down. They could have access to peoples SRL accounts, mabye even a mod's and take control of the server. They do not have keyloggers. Instead, they have something to log how fast you are typing keys.

Haha.. Ub3r I though you were ment to be leet. Lol.

When the Java applet is activated all keys sent to the applet can be logged.

If the applet is not activated then they cannot log your key presses. If they did somehow I believe that would be breeching privacy so they wouldn't do that knowing Jagex.

Anyways how would they get srl passwords. Lmfao. wtf?
I think you messed up a bit. :p

Hey, you never know:cool:.

I dont think they would even think about the Ctrl + alt + s. They dont care about anything you type, unless you are talking about macroing and stuff

Just change your Stop and Start Hot keys to something like Shift + Alt + f.. (Not so obvious if they do actually look for the default Scar Hotkeys..)

or, just open scar and hit the red square ;) works perfect for me, because even if you press them doesnt mean scar will stop

I changed mine to ctrl+alt+a because ctrl+alt+s was something already used for my hp computer :D

Ctrl+Alt+S has never worked for any of my computers.
I just pause the script using Ctrl+Alt+A, then click the red 'stop' box!:p

Jagex, Depending on the script it's hard to open it and click the stop button as it'll go back to the client to search for something. I use Ctrl + F4 when my Hotkeys don't work. :)

Woops i meant to say my pause is ctrl+alt+a and my stop is ctrl+alt+q
