What programming languages are associated with SCAR?

I know this doesn't have much to do with SRL, but just curious.. what programming language was used to create SCAR engine and its interface? And what programming language are we using when we create .scar files and includes?

Scar is coded in Delphi. Script are made in pascal.
Delphi and pascal is pretty much alike each other ??? (unsure..)

Oh okay. The SCAR interface does look like it's made from VB though..

Delphi is derived from Pascal ;)
BTW Scar's pascal is a stripped down Object Pascal
And Scar is coded in Delphi
