MY FIRST SCRIPT

An Any Tree Chopping Power Chopper

So This is my first script, an auto woodcutter, post problems.

This is your first script, even with your longevity? Anyways, for a first script, its amazing! Sorry, I couldn't test it due to all my autoers being miners (I don't like woodcutting - too many people there), but I'm glad that you understand how SCAR + SRL works very well. Have you had previous programming experience?

BTW, does your script mine one load, drop it, and then switch players? Seems a bit inefficient, but that's expected for a first script. You could have repeat…until LoadsToDo > 30 or something like that. I'm very glad it does have multiplayer, though. And, remember, other people's scripts can be your best tutor!

Keep up the good work in scripting, and eventually you could become an SRL Member. Mind explaining the longevity though?

You set a time there in minutes how long you want it to chop and in progress report it will show how many loads and how many logs has it cut in that time.
And i see there is like 10+ views and 1 reply.

But anyways thanks and i have only experience in java coding. :p

And yes this is my first script, i learned first very well and got taught by others scripts.

And about the longevity, well i have been leecher, but i didn't copy others scripts and re-release. I just used others scripts to make money and levels =) and after i realised that i have been happy about them i wanted to learn and now, here it is, my first script.

findents and findaxes, are they from Sumilions willow whacker?
I think you should credit them, names like arUpTextEntColorPoints can only be Sum or Lorax, lol. ;)

Oh yes the FindEnts is, other is from SRL includes. Forgot to credit and thanks wizzup? i'm trying to make a Axe head finder and attacher but seems hard, is there any tutorial for it or could you help me with it?

I have SCAR Divi 3.11.

Ok let me explain… http://www.villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=15536 download that and then extract the files to: Scar 3.11/includes.
then download my script and open it in scar, then fill in what it says and do what it says (pick the color by dragging the color picked onto a tree you want to cut) then press play as simple as that =) actually there is manual in that link too =)

Well, Do you have the script named SRL in SCAR 3.11/includes/SRL/SRL.scar

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE SRL.scar in there.

Else if you don't have it and you don't find it where it is to move it to there, re-download SRL. Hope this helps :)

sorry….im not that good at this stuff….what do i do when it says this when i try to run it?

And btw i already do have all the srls and includes downloaded in…so its not that.

Well, i didn't have those errors the parameters thing is that there is too much/there shouldn't be or there is too low amount of parameters others are errors, caused by the SRL.scar file not handling them or it didn't find em.

so does that mean i cant fix it?

Well, always you can fix, but could you send me 5 lines of the every error line
(like 2 lines before it the main line and 2 lines after it, it would help to solve the problem, thanks. =)

EDIT:The version 2.0 of this is at SRL Junior Member Scripts, it could even solve it if you have the time to search for lolislol Powa Choppa

I put my user, pass, and nick in and turned it to active and the ones i dont use to false. So i dont think thats the problem. I set the color for the tree, put the name of the tree….i dont know what is wrong..

Send The Whole first part of the script with the players (Fill Them With Fake Pass And Username And nick and all you did before) DON'T ENTER YOUR REAL PASS!!!

Name is jim123

and nick should be lowercase letters like:im1,m12 or 123 not the first letter, but the problem is with SRL. Do you have SCAR 3.11 and SRL 4.0 beta + You have copied the PlugIns from srl 4.0 file to the PlugIns and installed them in same directory. Here is what i suggest: Delete Everything Scar + SRL then Re-Download SCAR 3.11. After that open up SCAR, click file on the upper left and click download SRL then after it says it's downloaded, click file and click download includes if it still has the same problems try checking the PlugIns folder for these:CppTestPlugin , CppTestPlugin.dpr , FastShareMem.pas , readme for developers , TestPlugin.dpr , QuizPlugin.dll , BankArraySort.dll , BoxPlugin.dll , CerterPlugin.dll , FreddyPlugin.dll and A new Folder which contains: Build(MS-DOS) Main(C Source File) and Main(Obj) If that didn't help then say to me.

Thx, and as i see o-brent-o's script worked with srl 3.x not 4.0 so it logged you in but then it detected that it isn't runescape window (cause it's updated) =) that should help what i gave, of course it didn't found those things what i were writed cause the old one didn't have those procedures/functions i used =)

As you see it logged me in and worked until it looked in inv. First it looked on me then in my inventory and it said i had no axe….when i did. So i tried taking it off and putting it in inv and i ran it again….same thing. Do i need two axes? Help plz…

Thx for the FeedBack Really Needed. Deathcrow Try Restarting Scar And RuneScape If It Doesn't Work Scroll Almost To The End And You Should See:

From There Just Delete The checkaxe; It's Not Really Needed, Just Checks Axe And If You Really Don't Have It Logs Out.

You shouldn't get that error (I think it's about that you don't have the latest SCAR and SRL correctly setup or not setup)

But anyways it would be nice to have a proggy, thx.;)

i get an error saying

Dude, sweet first script I my self now my first script realy bad didn't even now were to enter my account name and password. I hav'ent got a chance to try it but the script looks fine. I have to try it some time I might even and a couple more accounts into the script, but over all it looks fine.
PS: I don't stink with scripts that was like last years when i used RS101.

Now Shouldn't it have begin somewhere there? I Am really new to this stuff and when i try to run the program it ALWAYS comes to this line and says 'BEGIN' expected or something like that. why does it do that….HELP PLZ. O an btw, it never says that with codes that i download…:confused:
