I've heard of people having problems when downloading SCAR, because of some low-internet-connection, where not all informations get to the downloader. What was suggested there was to:
1) Go to a friends house, and ask if you can download SCAR at his computer. Tell him there's no virus and that you'll delete it when you're done.
2) Put SCAR on a CD, and carry it home and install it.
