Well, I would of wanted to Use the sound plugin for my script, but when i run the SSound.EXE, it comes with this error that comes like every second…

Another problem, When i want to move a DLL in windows 98 (virtual machine) to the plug ins folder, i cant see it. but it says there are 3 files there, (the dll's) help?

Also, its not recording anything… WHen it hears a sound, it doesnt show the Sound ID

Haha, I completely forgot about that plugin. I shall try to use it. Sorry I can't help with your problem. Oh, and with the not seeing the Dll files it may be this:

I got that error, and every .5 seconds, it comes with another one. and another one, and another one, until it stacks exactly on top, just going, error, error, error, error, error, error.

This plugin is not programmed properly…

I also get this grr. is it because we have to unpack to a folder(that we don't know of lol)???

The plug-in has not been programmed properly, or, we cant figure out how to get PCM working… I search on google. Is anyone able to contact Shocker?

Fakawi, I am sure knows how to use it, or it is used in the svn version of srl. Contact him maybe he can release some info to the public about it.

Yes, I did try it out. It didnt crash or something, but I couldnt get it to do anything, but I have a rather exotic SoundCard, and not a standard AC90/SB-card….
So I was kinda hoping some of you guys would be able to run some test, just look in the folder, there are good example-scripts…

I would but I get the same error, And i have a laptop soundcard. :(

I don't get the error, but like Fakawi it doesn't do anything for me. I ran the test script that comes with it and it didn't detect any of the sounds.

I've did some research on it but i didn't get any resuslts from the script\ssound.exe

ok, when i did this, SSound was working :)

I deleted SCAR, and everything in the SCAR 2.03 folder (the folder). Reinstalled SCAR, Got the SRL, and i just did what it said and it works!
