well.. seeing as i havent really done much around here in over a year, i figured i'd make my retirement official

…..it all started one day when i was one the computer, scripting something, getting a little frustrated, when my dad walks by and asks what im doing.

"writing a program" i respond
"to do what?"
"play a game"
"what? why dont you play it yourself?"
i went on to tell him how lame the game was and that it was totally boring to actually play legit

he seemed utterly confused by the fact that anybody would write programs that they didnt run for a game that they didnt play

i pondered this for a while, and decided that i couldnt really justify this strange behavior either. although i did enjoy the challenges and problem solving things with scripting, i decided that there was better things i should be doing

i uninstalled scar and i havent really looked back….. moved on to other things, im sure you all understand… i really have no interest in scripting anymore and honestly hope i never do again…

so….
for those of you that still know me: thanks for making this place such a great place to be! ive been watching this community grow since 2/06!!! keep up the good work

You can also start programming other languages, rs or non rs-related, thats what I do.

You're pretty awesome. Your work with text helped me out more than you could know. Anyways, it's always sad to see someone leave, even though I didn't really know you, you should make sure to come by and visit.

Hey, its always sad to see you go, and yes as everyone has said you've been a big contributor to SRL, and although we've never talked personally I'll be sad to see you leave. Just make sure you stop by every once and a while.

I give all money i make to my friend for his things he likes and I love doing things for my friends cause thats the kinda person I am. Anyways, one of these days, my dad will walk in here and ask me the same question ;)

scar/runescape was always just a hobby of mine, and i never figured i was doing anything significant whatsoever, but if i did something i did was worth anything to somebody else, then i guess that thats kinda special :)

hehe, ok, so ive never publicly released my msn (mostly because i dont talk to random internet people that much) so dont make me regret this…

if you want to ask me a quick question about something ive done in the past or for my expert advice about how to solve a problem or something, feel free to ask

i wont do any kind of request and i probably wont fix anything if it breaks, but i might give you ideas about how to fix it, etc, anything that doesnt require me to install scar, lol

i got a new client thing, so i'll try to stay logged on close to 24/7, so you can leave messages or whatever and i'll get back to you (pm?)
i'll probably only be "available" for random time periods between 4 and 10pm central time zone(convert out yourself)
