Well the way we pruned on a warez forum with a large percentage of low posters was if they didnt have a certain amount of posts (10 or 20) after a certain amount of time being registered then they would get deleted. example say everyone registered before september 1 without 10 posts would get deleted. Obviously we're not pruning here, but could the same principle could be applied? If they joined before a certain date, and dont already have a certain amount of posts, then they would stay outside

If rep was actually worth something here i guess it would be usefull in desciding. But no one actually bothers with rep anymore do they?

Here's what I'm thinking:
First sort out names: Outside will become Small Public Forum, and Small Public Forum will become what?
Then, create Outside, and fill it with stuff here
Then create insider usergroup (not called insider, need a name), and apply so that only insiders get access to inside forum (currently called small public forum).
Then create the auto promote from registered user to insider.
Am I forgetting something?
