Theres alot of things I love about srl forums. There is also alot of things I hate and theres alot of things getting worse. Mainly arrogance. It no longer feels like a community. It feels like a place where people downplay others to raise themselves.  They also thrash the creativity of others and supress advancements because they feel others are not responisble enough to not abuse a cheat they are secretly using behind the scenes. Srl forums are no longer what they used to be and I am leaving before it crashes. Claw or anyone else if you want me to continue to test your scripts for flaws just pm me them here. Im not gonna go back.

Theres too much of this community withing a community at srl here lately and this hidden bullshit they keep poking out from behind the scenes hinting at all sorts of stuff. I dont script and never will but I do what I can to help a community.  And flame me all you want if you like I could care less of anyones personal opinion. Ive got plenty and I am sure you do. Status and arrogance mean nothing to me.
Ok enough of this.

Now back to the orginal topic of my post. I am gonna move on to rsca forums because I feel that is a fairly scammer free friendly community and they have alot going on there. I am ignorant of the bots there though. Solar or anyone could you please inform me whats best to use to maintain a fairly ban free army. I have around 8 guys that srl has advanced fairly high and dont want them banned hence why I want more info on whats best to use. Id also like to minimize because I am sick of my computer not being able to be used while cheating. Any info would be appreciated. Im just looking for a summary here because I have little time to do alot of resarch on all those bots.

And I dont plan on leaving here I am gonna stick around here while it grows larger than any of the other forums when xkyab comes out. This community will be huge and Im looking forward to it very much.

JustKidding has flip flopped between Scar and Java a few times that I can remember. What I read into that is that he doesn't like being out of the loop, and hence would rather be at rsca where you can buy you're way into anything ;)

EDIT: This whole xKYAB is starting to get on my bad side to be honest. At the moment, what they've got is half (at best) of a bot that I and solar released at the start, yet everyone thinks its the best thing in the world. And on the topic of arrogance, of course I'm going to be arrogant at times, it's unavoidable. If I know what you're doing, and how to do it better, its hard not to be. Then people get angry when you won't tell them cause its best to learn on you're own anyways.

And another thing, does JustKidding realize that the only reason people think SMART is being used in full functionality is because Solar posted all of that nonsense about stuff he didn't understand? I think its all very pointless and centered around Solarwind. Take that at face value, or read into it, your choice.

We either need to tell people that there are SSRL members and why they are here or we need to act like it never happened. People are getting mad because they don't know what is going on so they are forced to guess. What they think is going on is not what's actually happening.

Make a sticky in Community Discussion (Or General Discussion? I don't even know what it's called) and tell people that there are SSRL members, they have access to a program that can run Scar minimized, it still does not fully work and when it does it will/will not be released to the general public. If you don't want to make a sticky, then just keep the forum how it is and stop telling people what they do/don't have access to. Whether or not they have something to look forward to isn't the problem, the problems are the rumors that are being cause by people not knowing which way is up.

Yeah, that sounds like a good idea Town. We should notify people about SSRL, or don't hint at all. ._. Especially SMART, tell them about it's existence, and what it does ect. People pretty much know already.

JustKidding also pointed out that SRL Members rank is useless, since you have no advantages. Maybe we should do something about that. Perhaps, SSRL members can make scripts together or something? There are very little of us, anyways. We could then post the scripts in SRL members section, so there is more to look into.

About flaming KYAB, people who are disrespectful, and immature deserve infractions, or something.

BTW, I looked into the KYAB forums, for a bit, seems foolproof. So it won't be massed used, ect. We shouldn't worry about that.

Remember this: EVERY Community has something hidden, good or bad. Maybe it is a new bot, drama behind the scenes, scammers in high up places or something even worse.

SRL just happens to have something good hidden from the rest of the community. You guys have been rewarded because we think you deserve it, and there is little you guys don't know. Whats left hidden from SSRL members is the dev section (which if you are interested we discuss future SRL releases, antirandom development, SvN commits and basically how to advance SRL in general)

There will always be something hidden from you, remember that, because no one knows everything about everything. If you're gonna be like that, you may as well quit life. Work hard and a new door will be opened for you to gain more knowledge, thats what i have found.

EDIT: And him not being satisfied with SRL Member status. It's just one of those examples of kids really wanting something, and then when they have it, they are bored with it; someone who is never really satisfied with what they already have.

I posted a bit about SSRL, but not really SMART, and the lack of information there may be a cause of tension. So Ben, if you wanna make a post about SMART/SSRL, go ahead (remember to not post; who is in SSRL, how to get it in, exactly what is is in there (besides SSRL), because I don't want people writing scripts for the sole purpose of getting into SSRL).

I saw the JK topic on KYAB too. Pretty funny considering he is basically a leecher and isn't satisfied with SRL members. When people are like this it really makes me want to go bunker mode.

FYI: Justkidding is a former mod and is married and has three chlidren. It is not a kid. I will talk to him if I catch him. Odd he hasnt contacted me. Normally he like "SRL is the best community blahblah"" to me at least :confused:

Why don't you just point out all the good bits, such as a script section ONLY for SSRL Member's eyes, discussion about advanced SCAR techniques and mainly devs on hand in case you find any bugs? That way, when more people eventually get granted access, they'll be pleasantly surprised with SMART, and SRL Members just consider it another rank up.

I want people to get here for the journey, not the destination, so I don't want to say too much about what is here. Also, solar has convinced most people that devs have SMART, and if Ben wants to correct solars nonsense, considering SMART won't be SSRL+ forever, it doesn't have to be a secret that SSRL has it.

Jk is right there is a lot of arrogance, but thats just an obstacle you have to overcome. Also as a community are we going to choose to listen to what he is saying… or just ignore it because its only one voice… one individual?

We do this as well.
but we are not restricting them the opportunity to obtain the "new things".
we just make them learn about who we are, what we are about…. and all we ask from them is that they show that they are learning , show that the know what they are doing.

Plus when we do allow the users to use the "new things" it shows in our past that it is not the right thing to do. Not just on one occasion. We have learned from our mistakes and we are being … careful now a days.

So yes SMART will probably be public as soon as we get it working 100%.

Nor is there a very good reason for us to keep SMART an SSRL secret forever.

I'm also surprised at this..as he said he often tests stuff that I send him, we are on pretty good terms with each other, and speak via PM regularly. But its true what he says though, all these hints that are outside these forums are very annoying, lol. I knew what it was like up until about an hour ago, when I got in here. Seeing a few posts with hidden references here and there, and some outright blatant references from solar, definately does create the feeling of a divide. I'm sure if there was some solid info out there then this wouldnt be happening, the feeling of being left in the dark would be gone.
