Well, I got ahold of freddy and he said he's not going to update the update link in SCAR untill SRL 4.0 comes out, for SRL 4.0 BETA was agaisnt his judgement. My computer has issues dling SRL from anywhere except SCAR, so this is a long wait for me, but whatever. So, is there any future info on SRL 4?

What happens when you try downloading SRL?

Also maybe freddy wants everyone to learn how to maunally install SRL instead of going to File > Download SRL.

I've read over that guide already, WinRar is disabled because of a network patch a long time ago ^_^.

Anyway, this has gotten way off-topic. It wasn't meant for me to talk about why i can't install SRL. It's about any info on SCAR 4.0.

To answer your question, just install srl4beta from my link.

To actaully answer you're question, I have no idea when teh non beta version of srl 4 will be out, but probably around the same time as divi 3.12 with the download link of srl 4 non beta built into divi 3.12

I guess you've been up late, cause I don't really know what I did to deserve the snappy answers. And I never did ask for any help on getting the SCAR 4.0BETA download. I was actually pretty content NOT using SCAR at the moment. I was just asking for some info. I guess you take that as a bad thing.

A long long time ago (less than a year)…there was no download option in SCAR…Installing SRL and any other includes was done manually…now there is a new generation of people out there…that aren't able to think for themselves enough to read a tutorial, or follow some basic procedures….they have become so lazy…that they would rather sit and wait for the newest SRL to be handed to them, then actualy try and download and install it for themselves….

The Beta version was released as a favor to the community, so they could get back to autoing, if they weren't capable of making the needed changes and updates to SRL themselves….a few people still use updated versions of previous SRL releases, rather than SRL Beta 4.0….

There is already a post regarding the current state of SRL Release…Please find it here, and keep an eye on it for any pertinent changes….
