SRL Archive - Bot Information and Spottings

Ok.

I know how to setup proxys in both Firefox and Internet Explorer - but for the sake of my firefox being crippled most of the time devoring flash and java into hordes of huge red crosses i use IE.

However. I am yet to find a proper list of DECENT all working - up to date - BRITISH proxy servers. I am not comfy autoing when i have my lvl 99 ranged guy whom i have properly worked on sitting around on the same IP.

So can anybody point me in the good direction of some decent *free - aint payin lol * proxy servers from the Uk or europe if possible - as they obviosely need to be fairly fast.

I use the free version of ProxyWay, does the job for me :). You set up multiple anonymous IP's and it switches between 5 (You can only use 5 in the free version) every 5 minutes. Good stuff. Check it out, google for ProxyWay.

that is dangerous, because ipchanging every 5 minutes, is only a little detectable :rolleyes: ;)

[EDIT] : Stopped using ProxyWay and changed my HTTP/SOCKS5 proxys directly inside Firefox, I advise everyone else who's scripting/using scripts to do the same.

i dont use a proxy.. i actually auto on my main 60% of the time.. the key to not getting banned, even if using 10 accounts.. is to use an account legit.. preferrably all accounts but i only do on my main.. proxies are a waste of time for me

I dont suggest using a proxy, for the reason of: You can use unsigned Java. Unsigned Java (for me atleast) shows up as me being at 11.39.37.29.283 (example). Signed is 1234509.FloridaGators.29476172.com. So, I log in my main on signed, and bankers/autos on unsigned. See? Easy :)

The part I bolded is just your host name and it can be resolved to show your IP.

ex: http://www.hcidata.co.uk/host2ip.htm that site resolves domain names as well as host names.
