RuneHQ has a calculator that can do it, they obviously work with Jagex to be able to get this information. I've decompiled and found out the link (I wanted the code but they parse from PHP) here is the link:
http://runehq.com/calculators/rs2/SkillParser_Flash.php?user=user%20name%20hereI found this a few weeks ago. Thought someone (Ron) might want to update his stat's grabber even though he coded all the parsing himself. :P

I read in an rs news article, they made a page which returns all the values of a players exp, level, etc, to make it easier for fan sites to make signatures, because they didn't wanted their banwidth being raped. I even tested the page.
I'm trying to find the news article. Can't find it anwhere. So annoying.
Ah alright, wasn't sure. Yeah, text based pages are much less hassle on the b/w.

In swiftswitch, you can see any 30+ skill. Me personally, I think it's a very bad move by Jagex because stakers are now ruined..

You could just previously look them up on the highscores. It's not like stakers weren't ruined anyway.

i get mine from the html coding in the actual stats page. i just got a position between each skill and deleted everything unnescisary and it worked perfectly.
Yes, but with that you can't get every skill above 30, only ones on the high scores.
