Well i watched 3 runs and that wasn't as good as i expected..
Problems were..
*When game started, boat landed on island he went to other direction.. The middle place(king) is on the south, but when my mouse was pointing north in beginning, it started clicking on north.. I had to pull mouse manually on sotuh for him to run there.
*When he finnaly got to the king he didn't kill monsters fast at all.. He waited about 2 minutes and then found npc and attacked, usually he attacked npc with like 5hp left..
*Anyway, it attacks too less monsters..
*When he died, he didnt went back to battle, he stayed on boat.

Am i the only 1 who gets those errors?

I tried it out, and the errors i found were, after i boarded the boat and we landed on the island it would always click the black part of the map and stay there the whole game. And when and if it got away from it it would only attack a monster when the game was over.

Maybe make it go straight to attacking monsters?
or just one certain monsters would make it easier probaly.

Yup.. Make it run south and just kill all npc's.. when good then sometimes portals do not be botlike =)

sorry i never tested the 40+ boat

and idk making a fighting function is extremely difficult unless you can find a constant color that all npc's have

I can't even run it, i get alot of errors.

do you have srl 4?

or do you get out of range errors?
-if you get out of range errors that means you entered something into the form incorrectly.

Crazy try tutorial island on this site.. Download srl 4 and follow the instructions on site..

cuz it shouldnt but anyway you can remove variable x and y from line 57

Ok im using the 40+ boat, i found that i have to manually move screen to get it to click on the crossplank, then when it traveled the boat it didnt move through whole game it just sat there.

well it will eventually cross the gankplank no matter what

but as for the fighting until i can an ultimately constant way to find NPCs idk what to do

Well i tested it few times..
*First he sets the view and things and then doesnt find gangblank, searches it on other side.
*in game he successfully ran south to kill npc's, unfortunately he staied there and attacked only 1 monster, but there was like 20 of them..
*then ofcourse my pure got owned and died, he was at boat for rest of the game..
*When game ended, he looked stats, bag but didn't go back in game, idk why.
* You shoudl fix gangblank bug, npc finding, running from boat when you have died and going back to game when ended.

Btw im talking of 40+ game

PSSSS: Every time i try running any script, the box never comes up. I just get an error like the line above or it just clicks into the RS screen and plays. but never have I had a box pop up. BUT!!>>>I have SRL 4..

oh, i finaly got the box to show for the first time. but i had to delete like 30 error lines to get it to work. Now idk if the script will even function right now. lol

Edit: After deleting all the errors, Script ran and it clicked on Run so i would run, then spun me in a circle and put my mouse right next to the boat dock thing to enter the boat and just ended there..stopped running. Well it was running but wasnt doing anything.

yeah that is a procedure that changed from srl 3.81 to srl 4..
also the x, y thing changed from 3.81 to 4..

which proves that its either not installed properly or for some other reason you're still using srl 3.81.

and explains why it wouldnt get in the boat when you ran it.

try reinstalling srl 4?

But no I don't think so I've used if for weeks and haven't even gotten flagged.

ok I downloaded the SRL 4. It gave me a "SRL" folder. I went in the SRL folded and coppy pasted everything to the "Includes" folder. Next I coppy and pasted the "place inside plugins folder" into the "Plugins" folder.

After I did all this I went inside the "includes" folder and double clicked on the "SRL" and then played it. I got this error message:

After all that, I went ahead and tried going to file > Download SRL and also Download includes and did both of those. And now the only errors I get is:

So yes I followed every step and still..something is up! Either tutorial is wrong or i'm just stupid and keep on missing a step.

yeah your missing a step.
when you download it you should be using winwar to extract it to your computer and it will do everything for you.
there should be no copying and pasting?

I have srl4. I used the last 2 versions of this pc script too, they kinda worked but this doesnt :/

I click on it and there is two options when i install SRL 4. there is an "open" and there is a "save". I click on Open and this happenes:

@crazy7. ok you are in the right place. now at the very top where it has like the picture (add, extract to, test, etc.) click the 'extract to' one. then browse to your scar folder, single click on the 'includes' foler and click extract. a box should come up asking you to overwrite, just hit 'overwright all' and then boom you're done..

Well i still had few problems.
Good that you have fixed running on map, monster searching and running all over the pc island but there are still few problems.
*It is searching monsters but clicks on landscape or something, because its almost same color.
*Usually i have problem that i don't get my kill count over 50 because it doesn't attack that much monsters, portals.
*When dies then stays at the boat
*Sometimes when game ends he stayes over there and doesnt do anything.
*Sometimes when game ends he goes travelling on pc island, that takes way too long time, it should play more the game(PC) than running on island.. But it is good that it runs because its not botlike..
***Your script is going only better and better.. No script can't be perfect bro :)***

Finaly I got my srl running and everything is set. I set up the box when i press play and everything is good. It clicks "run" and gets on the boat and when it goes to the island, my character just sits there and does nothing. Am I doing something wrong?

BTW: Once the PC is over and im still sitting in the boat havnt moved at all, We all obvourse go back to the plank. I just sit there also. So pritty much once it clicks me to go into the boat, thats when it just stops for good, even though its still running.

Yeah, I'v tried it many times. I'd say a good 15 times and just tried it now again. Reinstalled it (V2.31) and all just now and still same thing. It just stops when i get to this point: http://img168.imageshack.us/img168/2349/74811197bv1.jpg

as with 99% of all other scripts, make sure your playing in LOW detail with your rs screen brightness on its highest

hey i tested it out and its glitchy. The first pc I did it went alright..it was real slow on killing monsters but i finaly got the 50 points to earn the credit for that one pc. After it brought me back to the dock, it clicked the message box thing saying that we won and then sent me to the bank and just sat there, the mouse was just randomly moving after that. Thats all it did for the rest of the time..

well i can't really PREVENT it from happening much but now it should autofix within 30 secs

sweet, other than that. Just see if you can make the fighting go faster. Like it finds monsters quicker than it is doing now. It has a LONG waiting period. or something is up :P Anyways it keeps on getting better and better. keep it up. Soon enough it will be perfect. GL

ok it did one great round, but then after it was over it clicked the screen that says we won then froze on the second screen.

Well it still doesn't attack monsters much.. Like 3 monsters with 1 game.
And going back on the boat is still a big problem.

ok i tested it out again. Every time Win or Lose it goes back into the boat fast and perfect. But.. some times it just stays in the boat the whole game and other times it runs out but doesnt kill any monsters.. And thats it. So if you can fix those 2 things then its pritty much perfect.

i have scar 3.11 and srl 4 beta, they've all been extracted…i have yet to succesfully use scar so help me out

Derek…i think you should just have him fight in the center protecting the void because running near the portals seems to not be so reliable and sometimes never gets enough zeal =/

Works great except when you choose the 40+ combat boat it turns the compass the wrong way and searches for plank in the ocean. Also when you choose the attack center option, it never leaves the boat once you arrive on the island.

k well I fixed the getting in boat part.

and the other part I don't have time now so I'll try and fix later

Now it goes perfectly on boat, even on next game and attacks more monsters..
But still few bugs you should fix..
*When dead then he will still stay at boat, he still doesn't run in battle.
*It should attack a little bit more monsters, if you could add alot of monster colors it would be like perfect.

Soon your script is perfect :)

when i first started the script it worked fine untill i stopped it then i start it up again it gets in the boat but then when the game starts it just sits there…

hey u can make a script tat goes into pest control and fight anything so u can get points u dont need to kill portal so y not just keep killing monster instead of killing portal

@inkd - make sure you are playing rs on LOW detail and have your screen on 32 bit colors
@kingsownage1 - it attacks anything it can find doesn't necessarily only kill portals

im sure i must be doing something wrong as many others are using the script and its a nice script!

Make sure after you click back to the scar screen(after it doesn't work) that you don't have a 'runtime error'

maybe its something in the form

I am using it, and I lag like crazy, i never get enough zeal, i mean it clicks it just makes rs lag compared 2 Masterkills PC, but his makes it look like i auto :( by using emotes.

Umm idk try to limit the number of background programs you are running.

basicly with urs and Masterkills i keep getting Error: cant find compass angle. All it did was get in boat and stayed in boat when game started. So idk wht to do…Please Help

nice work on the script and you have some excellent forms, but the lag is ruining the games. It enters the boat (very slowly) then after the game starts it tried to click but laggs so bad that it doesnt go anywhere, dont know what the problem is but I have no other backround programs running. Might try and make a few changes to it later and if I find out a fix I'll tell you about it. Thanks for the script and good luck with future updates

I dont use the form, I use the no form version.

when i try load it up it says line 432 error and line 82 error?

this script is way outdated.
