I keep getting a message on scar 3.11 thats says setup files are corrupted please obtain another copy…and so i did and it keeps doing so.

What should i do?

Yeah me the same problem

d it if you get errors, it because the download timed out (it said it finished, but it didn't and it won't have all the data) You can use a download mananger program to prevent this error.
