i myself only used to have 3 windows open, 3 things in the taskbar by the time.. and thats it ;)
still to this day i got that setup (well usually 2 and 2 or 2 and 3 if msn is open)

Personally what would have made rs2 more playable for me was the upgrade in graphics but the EXACT same pking. But with improvements for mage and range.
I loved not beign able to run first 3 rounds and not beign able to eat. Now it seems you have to walk round with a team to do anythign good.
EDIT: Your pics finally loaded cruel (dial up) and omfg 86 mining. Please say that was autoed.
