It's just the title below your username whenever you post. I think it's when you get above 300? posts (Registered User is around 100 posts).

I'm not sure about the post requirement for community members, but if you are right about the 300 then that'll be my goal :p! As for registered user, anyone over 1 post has it…lol :)
