Mouse vs MSPline

I have a question;
Why do most people use SRL's Mouse function, when it's soooo slow?
Couldn't we use something like MoveMouseSpline? It seems a lot less detectable… And faster.

my MSpline procedure:
Procedure MSpline(x,y,rx,ry:Integer;left:Boolean);
Begin
MoveMouseSpline(x,y,rx,ry);
ClickMouse(x,y,left);
End;

Whoa, clickmouse:= BAD!

Faster? This is really slow compared with Mouse, with a descent MouseSpeed.

Wait tell WindMouse.. i think WindMouse is a little fast actually.

Those splines will be obsolete with SRL 4. SRL 4 will introduce Ben Land's newest mouse splines, WindMouse. GAH, SKY BEAT ME BY SO LITTLE SECONDS!

Lol, WindMouse isnt based off Splines. (Once Again Pwned :p) jk

Ooh what's it based off of?

Wow, Math.. Lol (Sense B-Splines wernt based off math XD)
Yeah theres math lol.

anyway i cant really explain it because i dont fully understand it.

Yes it is 1 procedure all based off of maths

Wizzup?

WindMouse's alright, we need to iron out a few bugs though.

-.- DO you think that something that would be crapper than something already in scar, would be implemented to SRL? lol :D

Everything starts out with a few bugs. You should have seen how much testing and editing we had to do to finally get the splines to work

good attempt though on making a mouse procedure:) but yes clickmouse is detectable, you are better of holding to mouse button and then wait a random time and then release it:)

Just pointing out that MoveMouseSpline is the same as my mouse in SRL, Freddy added it ;) However, it is faster since its compiled and the wait resolution is better…

That is also what i thought.

Ok, thanks. I didn't know that clickmouse was detectable XD (Use Mouse(x,y,0,0,true)?)

Smartzkid

holdmouse(x, y, true);
wait(50 + random(100));
releasemouse(x, y, true);

0,0 should be replaced with atleast 4 unless presion is absolutly needed.

I guess.
Mouse(x,y,4,4,True)
would be easier than
holdmouse(x, y, true);
wait(50 + random(100));
releasemouse(x, y, true);

Infantry001

but even then, it won't be precise ;)

whoops, i was referring to the element's post

rotflmfwao

2007-08-15 13:10:12

Still, it'll help by making it a little less detectable;)

true, but it is all about human actions.
