SRL Archive - RS3 Outdated / Broken Scripts

Made compatiable with SRL 4 BETA

made it because I needed one and wanted a challenge. :p

I got from 40-55 range using this so far. The script can be a little slow,
this is due to the waits. In the next version the waiting for the target
window to popup will be gone, and there will be a better system to
check the presence of the target window. These waits can be
a bit messed up by lag, but this only means the number of times that
the target has been shot will be wrong (hopefully, will still complete the
go, at least it did for me).

Currently only supports one player (I think this is sensible due to the members feature of the script).

Please test the script and post a progress report. Average about 2 minutes to
complete a go.

Instructions: Just start next to the competition judge with money in your inventory and a bow equiped.

Enjoy the script =)

Futures releases will have:
-A system for checking target window presence.
-An option to go buy something with archery tickets when you reach a certain amount of go's and equip it (if the user desires).
-Feedback from testers.

EDIT: Now fixed the never ending loop. It should do what it's supposed to, although as SRL is still broken, this script can't be used (it replies on makecompass).

It compiles on SRL4 now, so please download version 0.2 and test. Tell me if anything is wrong. Thanks.

EDIT2: Tried to fix it, really can't understand what the problem is, it really looks like it should work…

lol, you can buy rune arrows, green dhide stuff, etc, do talk to the tick guy, he's in the guild.

Does the script loop endlessly for you?

Same here. After first round it doesn't talk to competition judge. Also might wanna add the fact that you have to have arrows with you, it doesnt equip them. So… what should I do about it not continueing?

BTW, Tyvm for this script. I've requested one before but noone has even attempted to make one..

Oh my God THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS SCRIPT! I have wanted a script like this for such a long time. My guy right now has 81 range, I'll try to get him to 99 with this script =).

Yeah, im planning on applying once I create about 5+ more scripts and release them publically.

Are you going to edit it further or just let it be? I tried to use it buy it continuously clicks the target and doesnt talk to the guy to get more arrows and it never equipped the arrows for me i had to equip them mehself. Hope ya keep updating it =]

I've been ranging alot recently at pest control, tahts why it isn't updated/fixed yet. Gotten a sh*t load of pest points. Trying for 94 mage. Im so close =p

Oh sweet, Im trying to get my range up too, got 82 mage and thats good for now. I just cant find a pc world thats worth a sh*t lol. Well gl with ice barrage and hurry up lol. Range guild=so boring.. Ima pure tryint to get ranged up as high as possible. allready 69 hp so dont really want anymore. (69 ftw lol.) Well gl thx for the info.

Lol. I WOULD if i COULD. But I cant get it to run more than 1 round for me. Doesnt equip arrows tho, I bring them with meh so it doesnt have to equip. When I start it rotates screen a couple turns, then finds the guy, looks great, but then after it shoots the targets 10 times it keeps on shootin em.But yeah, ill post a nice short proggie 4 ya =P.

*off topic* is there any other way to get range up without getting hp up? Pc kinda blows now though and range guild is slow as hell and cannons suck.

I updated this (see v0.1) so that after 10 shots, it talks to the guy. It actaully works now. :p

yeah this is a nice script, but you need to update it with the new runescape interface =D

i cant remmber if when srl gets updated if it will be fixed or if everone will have to update there scripts cuz that would stink but i think its the later but hopefully not.

ok tried it with the new SRL after you updated, you need to change the clicking coods on the *sure i'll give it a go* it misses it goes above the text, and it has problems finding the competition judge, it hovers over the guards alot. then when i helped the script out and did that part myself, fired all arrows but couldnt find the competition judge.and you need to change the process or the clicking, where it clicks the target, have ti just click again, like Setmousespeed to about 1 second click instead of fireing arrow, then going to the target in the center of the screen. it also at one point changed the camera angle * i guess anti ban* and then it got confused because it could not find the targets.

pretty fun an unique script however I do have some feedback. Some times when firing at the targets, it causes my character to move out of the shooting area. I don't know what that is about. And once in a blue moon when clicking the "sure I'll give it a go" selection it clicks above it completely missing it and then proceeds to fire at the targets. Other then that, good job

I made this script before I really knew how to script properly. Never really worked for me. And I don't think I'll need it. I guess it might be good if you're sat by it, watching the tv and it, but aside from that, it's not great. I don't have any future plans on re-making it either :p

Ok, it works pretty well, only it skips the arrows equipment, does take much time to find the Judge, started fighting a ranger so i almost died because I was in the room I saw it and could safe myself…
presses sometimes the judge twice, so It can't find text anymore and gives up…
without that i works pretty :)

EDIT: at me when he clicks on the right target it walks to it and doesn't shoot, then it clicks exidental on a archer and fights it… died thanks to that… wearing ring of life now ;) just safety tip.

first prob was trouble finding the guard
second was equipping arrows it went to opposite side of screen
third rotated screen so unable to fire at targets
and fourth was sometimes when firing at target it forced player to leave mini game area.

great idea for a script though thats just wat i found.. :garfield:

it also misses the "Sure, I'll give it a try" button and walks up to the target because it is to far away.
