Welcome to Greg's SVN Tutorial
Subversion is an advanced versioning system that helps developers organise their code and their revisions. You probably don't care, and just want to get the newest version of SRL. I have found that the most simple way to use and checkout (download) stuff from a SVN (subversion) repository (where the developers keep everything) is to use a program called "TortiseSVN"
We will cover
First off, you need to go to http://tortoisesvn.net/downloads to download TortoiseSVN.
Click on that link, and then click on the version of Tortoise you need. If you don't know, get the newest 32 bit edition. I have marked it in the picture below to help you out.

This will open up a window prompt to save the installation file. Save it to your desktop, or some other easy to access area. If you missed the download window, try refreshing the page.
The picture below shows what It will look like in firefox

2. Installing Tortoise SVN
Ok, now that you have the installer downloaded, you need to run it. Double click on the installation file to start. (the installation file will be in the directory you choose to download it too, If you can't find it, try downloading it again, making sure to pay attention to where you save it)

After you have double clicked, be patent. The installer can take anywhere up to a minute to display the screen below. Once it does, proceed through the installer as you normally would. Accept the license agreement, and leave all other settings as default.

At the end of the installation it will prompt your to restart your computer. This is NOT optional. Tortoise needs to edit windows files, and it can not be installed properly unless you restart your computer. Do NOT ignore this step.
3. Using Tortoise SVN to download SRL!
You need to navigate to the includes folder of Scar. For most people, it will be something like mine. "C:\Program Files\Scar 3.XX\includes\"
Once you are inside that folder, locate your "SRL" Folder.
If you do not have a srl folder, that is fine, just create one.
Then right click on it, and choose to SVN Checkout.
Now, you will need to know the URL of the Subversion Repository. I don't know what it is, and you are screwed until someone fills me in, and even more screwed until it is created.
Take this link
You can also choose a different version of SRL (if the script requires) or just choose "head" for the newest.
Click Ok when you are ready.
