Something like
upChars := LoadChars2(AppPath+'CharsRS22\');
GetTextAtEx(7,7,100,upChars,true,true,0,2,-1,LENGTH,false,tr_AlphaNumericChars);
Would do that. I'm not 100% sure on the coords (7,7), and you'll have to change LENGTH to the maximum expected length of the text you're retrieving, but that should do it ;)
