hiermit möchten wir Sie darüber benachrichtigen, dass sich die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen für die Benutzung von RuneScape geändert haben und diese mit sofortiger Wirkung gültig sind. Diese Änderungen sollten keine direkte Auswirkung auf Ihr derzeitiges Konto haben, lesen Sie sich jedoch die unten aufgeführten Änderungen sehr sorgfältig durch.

Eine erneute Zustimmungen von Ihrer Seite ist nicht notwendig.

Folgend finden Sie eine Aufzählung aller vorgenommenen Änderungen:

Neuer Abschnitt unter „Rechte an geistigem Eigentum“:

Übertragung von Spielkonten und Spielgegenständen

Sie dürfen den mit Jagex geschlossenen Vertrag, Ihren Nutzernamen, Ihr Kennwort, Ihr Spielkonto sowie Spielfiguren und/oder Spielgegenstände nicht ohne vorherige ausdrückliche schriftliche Zustimmung von Jagex an Dritte übertragen oder Dritten ganz oder teilweise zur Nutzung überlassen. Sie verpflichten sich insbesondere, jeglichen Handel mit Spielkonten, Spielfiguren oder Spielgegenständen außerhalb des Spiels (z.B. über Online-Handelsplattformen) zu unterlassen.

Änderungen an der Widerrufsbelehrung:

1. Widerrufsrecht
Sie können Ihre Vertragserklärung innerhalb von einem Monat ohne Angabe von Gründen schriftlich oder per E-Mail widerrufen. Die Frist beginnt frühestens am Tag nach dem Erhalt einer Belehrung über das Widerrufsrecht mit dem hier wiedergegebenen Inhalt in Textform (z.B. per E-Mail). Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist genügt die rechtzeitige Absendung des Widerrufs an Jagex Limited, St. Andrews House, 90 St. Andrews Road, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire CB4 1DL, Großbritannien.
