For my farming script I've made an include to use the fairy rings. It's stable enough to release this.

Setup:

1. Copy the Fairy.simba file to your include folder.
2. Add {$I Fairy.simba} to your script.
3. You can use the following:

> Fairy.Open()
> Fairy.IsOpen();
> Fairy.UseRing('BIS');
