1. This have been around for a long time
2. Yes this is a good site :) I learned a lot from it.

I finished all 10 basic web things, did either 6 or 7 of the realistic missions, and did 4 of the application hacking ones. It's a lot of fun :p

wow nice im stuck on lev 9 what did you use? ( on basic web ) im tying <!–#exec cmd="ls ../ ../ /var/www/hackthissite.org/html/missions/basic/9/" –> but it wont work

I think I did 9 basic, 2 realistic, and almost all the apps hacking ones :)

I got really really bored one weekend :p

lol its going to kill me if i dont beat lev9

I got up to level 8 on basic. Got bored though. Seemes a bit unrealistic but i guess thats what the realistic missions are for. But very very cool i must say

hm, well i got all 10 basic, and 1-4 real, im stuck on 5, i gotta decrypt and md4 or md5 hash or whatever it is.

Some of them are hilarious. There like ok he hid the file in his computer BUT he left his computer open for anyone to start writing commands in

yup lol, thats the basic ones anyway

lol im not a 1337 h4x0r like you guys :p

i got to 4 or 5 on basic.. havent tried in a month or so tho (i was stuck on javascript insertions)

For MD5 Hash stuff use Caim (Trojan)

handy if u want to learn

im ashamed to say i got to level 5 only :(

I registered there once in 2004. Those realistic missions really teach you alot. I wonder if there's anything new :).

Took me a while to remember my password I had used there..
