I though it would be cool to have a really high level facebook pets application (aplication) , so instead of playing legit, ofcourse, I made a bot to do it for me. Simply drag the cursor on you firefox window, make sure you have firefox set up exactly like me, and make sure all of you windows buttons are red :P then click go!.

If you really plan on using this, leave a message on this forum, and/or read the instructions

This was a PAIN to make, because I needed to be able to detect the level of boith themoneter i am fighting , and my current level, whithc mean there are 80 freaking bitmaps in there. plus
this ttook forever to do , at least it works.:)

Very nice :) Only problem is when the window is deleted the cursor just hovers near the pet and does nothing :)

I've trie dot look thru the script but cant see anyhtign wrong..

Lol, I haven't run the script or anything but loading like 70 bitmaps at once must lag your computer heaps…

Well, its actually not that bad for me. Stil loads in the milisecond range.
(You think loading 90 bitmaps is bad? try MAKING 90 bitmaps, lol, its the only way to do it to be able to detect the level.)


As for ideas about the cursor issue. Its probably one of two things, its lagging because it thinks the page is loading because it cant find the rigth bit map…
Or it could be a small bug that can be fixed by cliking (you pet name) in the top left. (you should only have to do that once)

Try printing me out what the debug box says, that way i can know more of where it is hapeneing.

You will need to edit all of the cordinants most likly, up or down 1-10 pixes depending on ure browser.
You will also need to change the "run" bitmap unless you have clasic windows look and feel set to dark red.

(ps, i have also made an auto poker, that can poke your pet form level 17 to lvl 18 in 30 minutes!

I have also made a script that automatically gets you into the petting grounds (after about a half hour, lol)

Hi. I was actually planning on using this. I think it would be fun to just mess around with a Facebook Pet. :p

I know what SCAR is from my Runescape days, but I've never actually used it.

Whenever I start the script in my Firefox window, it just moves my mouse to the top left corner and then does nothing.

I'm starting it on my pets page.

yeah.. my windows enviroment is all red :) every button is red. So, my script looks for the run away button to check what screen it is at…
and unless you button looks like mine (red) it wont work. SO you probalby should read a quick bitmap tutorial, and make a bitmap of your own "run" button.

You need to start it on the pets screen (outside of facebooK)
the pets app is runing inside facebook, in a frame.
So, in firefox, i think you can right clik–go to frame– and then go to open in new window

You dont have to thouhg, if you want, just read through the scriupt and change the cordinants around to fit your screen.

also, the toolbars wont affect the bitmaps, you screen resolution will.

use the eye droper tool to get the cordinats you need, obv the "findbitmap" functiosn need a rectangle, etc.

ALso, if you can't get srl going, dont waste a post, there are hundreds of tutorials for that, including the one i already gave breaifly. Im not answering questions that i have already answered.

Sorry. I'm trying to think this through without asking questions, but I have virtually no SCAR experience.

It's clicking on my pets name, but still not doing anything. I re-did the kill bitmap and it still didn't work, so I think it may be the coordinates. On line 612, what are those coordinates for? I know it's probably a silly question, but I'm still trying to get adjusted to this.

hmm, i dont think the line number are matching up. Could you post the line please?


Also, there is no "defend" bitmap. Once it finds the atack bit map, it saves the cordinats and doenst look for it again.

I've gotten it to the point that it clicks on my name, goes to a spot about an inch below the world map, and then stays there for a while, and does some very small vibrating, then clicks my name again. After that, it stops.

Just to jump-start it, I decided to click on kill monster, but it says it can't find the monster type or evade buttons, even though I cropped all of the pictures of the monster's names, and everything else you had up there, except the levels.

when i press run or compile it says this: Ryan\Desktop\Scar\SCAR 3.06\includes\srl\srl.scar does not exist.

Some more progress, I think. I got to where it says I'm fed. Now, it says:

I haven't done anything with the Masklevel, just the maskllevel, mainly because I wasn't sure which to tamper with.

Also, what coordinates should I put into the lines with 5 numbers? I don't get where to put the X and Y coordinates, and what I need to put in the other 3.

Or mabey you could get lucky by increasing the tolerance.. (the last int in the findbitmap( method

Yeah, your not. go read the tutorial in the "how to auto" section. it will epxlain how.

to set it up without any problems, go to
scar–file–download includes
let it do that, then
scar–file–download srl

any other question regarding this need to be found yourself, by reading tutorials

If not.. you will have to recreate them.

(you may be able to just go to file– save web page)
then i edited the code, and instead of level 1, made it say level 1 2 3 4 5 6… and croped it up to make picutres of them.

now, opnce you get it working, let me let you know this. there is a problem with it..

when it first starts, it will clik on ure pets name, then kil monsters, then freeze… the way to fix it is to manually click on ure pets name again. just so ya know.

it wouldnt be to hard to fix this, i just dont have the time right now.

Thats ok, i admit, it is kinda tricky if you are new at this stuff. You have to know how to get scar and srl going. (there are tutorials for that)

then you have to know a bit about programing and a few of the srl mehtods to get the rest to work.

Hi! I would really like to get your pets script working. So far, I've gotten to the point where it clicks on my pet's name in the top left. But that's about it. Ive changed the kill bitmap, but to no effect. Also, which coordinates do i have to change. Im also confused as to what the constants in the beginning are. "spacing of small number 6"?

you should not need to change the spacing cordinants… in face, dont!

the cordinats you will have to change or the one inside method like "getColor(x,y)"
and "findbitmaptolaeercein("

ok so far i've gotten it to click on my pets name in upper left corner and then move the cursor to right under the world map button. It stays there for a while and then goes and click the pets name again. Then it thinks its in fightscreen mode and start looking for mantises, ants…. w/e. it also doesnt recognize my level bmp. please help.

Ok, it should NOT move the cursor under the world map button. It should move it to the "level" word i think. Then it should find you level, fead you, and go fight.
So, that means you need to probably adjust to cordinants of where it is looking for the bitmaps. And if that doesnt work, you wil have to recreate the bitmaps from your own screen shots. Good luck :)

I apologize for saying that you made up the stats.
Not for the scam part, because , as you know, you could still use it as one.
I have not seen your pets, facebook wont allow me too because im not in your network, but i know enough about php and stuff to understand how you did it.
Also, you say its not detectable unless it makes high scores… but thats not quite true, it would be very easy to have a simple growth rate check on each character to flag it. Not to mention that making high scores and stuff is the whole pupose it think. Anyhow, good job on your php script (giving you beninfit of the doubt that it exists)

And hey, good job on your script, but its very easy to detect, and they can ban your facebook acount form making any more pets. I would much rather have a pet rather than no pet at all.

ok, so i've gotten to the fight screen, (btw I had to change EVERY SINGLE BITMAP!) lol your bitmaps were completely diff sizes from mine. Ahh, ok, i think i know what you are missing.
At the ant finding spot, I chnaged to bitmap MASK finding :). A bitmask is basically a black and white bitmap. You can make them in the piecture to string editor, and then cliking on the mask button. And then selecting the white to be the background.
notice that my find bitmap function is now
findbitmapmask

hmmm i did what you told me to: i changed the bitmaps with white as background, but it still wont find the bitmasks. I even tried to make the picture of the animal a bitmask lol……soooo much code…. and it still wouldnt work…..no find scorpion…..isnt there some sort of findtext function i could use?

hmm, let me see if i can make this more clear. You should take a screen shot of the page…and then you should crop it down to where its just a screen shot of the word "ant" or something. Then you should save that as a 24 bit, bitmap.

Then inside scar, you need to go to tools, and then picture to string. Then open up your bitmap of ant, and then click on "mask editor"
then you need to clik on the white part of the image it shows. untill the new image on the right apears that looks correct.

then hit ok, and copy the code that is in your debug box.

this really should work with no problems at all.
there are really good get text options in rs, but thats because they have bitmaps of every single charater loaded up at the startup, and unfortunatly, none of them match the font in this pets game.

if the bitmasks still dont work, try changing then to just plain bitmaps. Then you will need to change the function.

FindBitmapMaskTolerance(MaskAnt, x, y, 212, 138, 760, 395, 1, 30)
to something like
FindBitmapToleranceIn(Ant, x, y, 212, 138, 760, 395,  30)

notice how this method doesnt have the "1" variable.

Yes there are lol….I know because my script gives me an output of everything looted, and level killed. I can start at a specific level… If you know more how the back end works then its all easy to comprehend.

Hey Lordgreg, thanks for programming this script, but I have remade the bitmap (masked stuff as you said), made sure my program's strings were similar to yours by graphics and even rewrote the coordinations tons of time. I am still getting no where.

Problems finding the bitmaps seems to be the big thing. You are recreating them, thats good. Make sure that if you are looking for a bit MASK you use the right method (fidnbitmapMaskTolerance) i think.

As for missing the evade button… that is because it clik where it found the bitmap, in your case, that is the top left corner of the bit map, whtihc in your case is not on the evade button. So, either make a smaller crop of the evade button. or change
Mouse(x,y,0,0,true) to Mouse(x+5,y+5,0,0,true) to adjust to it.

And no, mankind is not quite doomed to eternal hellfire just yet.

Good :) Im glad ure using your head! Suck about the scren reolution, you will probably have to change most bitmaps because of it.

For starters, dont change the cords to where the bit map is, make them make a BIG box around the "feedme" button. There is no harm making it as big as the screen (ecept speed)

Hey, sure thing. The reason it is stuck is because it cant detect any pictures. Most imprtantly the "feed" button so it knmows where it is. Like my instructions say. You are going to need to change the cordiants in almost all of my "findbitmaptolerancein" and "findbitmasktol" functions, to big ectancles around where the buttons are on your screen.

A few posts ago i talked about how to do this.

If that doesnt work, you are going to have to start re-creatingthe bitmaps (most lickly because of your resolution)

its going to be rough, but you can do it,. good luck.

Well, it would take me a VERY long time to do that.

But basiclally this, scar has a fucntion to trun bitmaps into strings, then u can use them(as int)

mask sure that you realise that half are bitmaps, and half are butmasks,
then read some tutorials about bitmaps in the tut section. The should be able to explain it really good.

(you can also try playing witht the tolerances.. to mabey help iot find it.
in the findbitmapmasktol function –it is the last 2 ints in there
in the findbitmaptolerancein – it is the last vrable
range goes from 0-255 , where 255 will find anyhting.

ooo i c i c. That means ima try to resize the rectangle first and hope it works.

If not ima increase the tolerance to 255 if i have to haha.

If it still don't work, ima have to resize the bitmaps…how do you get the bitmaps to string with to begin with lol.

yes, try the rectange frist

then try tolerance (obv, it has to stay low enough so it knows the difrence beteen "feed me" and "fight monsters")

and then try re creating the bitmaps.

read a tutorial on bitmaps (there or tons) before I add you to the noob database in my sig :P

Yes, you will have to change the run button. it uses it to help figure out where you are, because it is only there one one screen.

i setup everythin acording to wat it says but after the mouse move to click the pets name thats about it, it stops there and the program keep displaying

sure can mate, unfortunatly the problem isnt very easy to fix.

You see, you habe everything set up right.. its just not finding out where it is.

it finds out where it is by searching for bitmaps, and if it doesnt find any, it doesnt know where it is.

So, it looks like you need to do some manal script editing, like my little into says.

first try chaging the cordiants of the findbitmap function, if that doesnt work, ull have to try changing the actual bitmaps (read a tutorial here on how to do either of them)
