By this I mean, with buttons which can expand and un-expand (is that a word? lol) procedures and functions, make it have a list of all procedures, etc etc. Sorta like Notepad + that Neg posted about. That would be pretty cool:)

Me and Star have been bugging Freddy about this for ages :p It's harder than it sounds and it caused instability when he put it in.

This would be useful it Freddy could get it to work. It would be kinda like Delphi.

That would be cool :)
But isn't it easier if Freddy creates a commandline scar that will output debugbox stuff at the command line? Then you can use Scite (dunno if np++ supports it) or any other text editor that supports external compilers and stuff.

Yeah, set codehints on, I usually have it disabled since it lags a lot when the procedure I'm typing is from an include. I only use it on complex DTM and Bitmap functions. :P
