You can still delete the UID, but now you can not delete the other things in the runescape folder (under jagex32 or whatever) until you close the client. This is because it says runescape is using those files.

anyone know an alternative? Or it's not possible to deleete it?

It says it is using those files because it is using them :)
It will read and write the cache (the other files) while the client is open, that's why you can't delete them.

I know, but is multi player ok if those files are not deleted?

I mean uid was deleted so it doesn't seem like players were from same comp

Once you open client and UID is placed on your computer even though you delete the file from jagex folder the info is still stored in your RAM until you close client.
