Please write down a paragraph about Yourself.

Ok, really quick, I have always been a programmer, It is what I love to do, and I do it all of the time for fun. When I was a kid, I made programs for my ti-83 that my teacher were begging me for. I have all of my (recent) learning based in Java, but I am much more advanced than being tied down to one language, I was able to learn C++ in less than a week to a level that allowed me to tutor my fiancee. My mind thinks programming, and I see things how the computer would. I am currently working on my masters degree in Electronic Engineering at the University of Texas at Dallas. I have programmed everything from very high level java and php applications, down to the nitty gritty, like a twenty four bit adder/subtracter/multiplier/divider out of the actual gates. If you would like a few of my sample applications (they will be java based) just let me know, a few of them are even professional grade!
Right now I am in summer school, and I have a bit more extra time then normal. I live with my fiancee and I support myself with a Job, but even then, I am always in the habit of staying up till 2 am programing something silly. (My newest project is a java based mail receiver and sender, is a goof off application, but I plan to use it to create a web based pizza ordering form, that will send applications to an email, and then a client program at the store to automatically print them out/add then to the system).

I feel that I really can help out this community, I love the ideas behind it, and It's really the only reason why I play this game. Once I get a few scripts going with the additional SRL waffles (shh) I plan to immediately start working and developing useful library's myself.

Oh, another thing, I learn fast. (But I have obviously already learned pascal and srl)

Oh, and I am pretty friendly, (I don't even get frustrated when my fiencee is on her time of the month!), So youre really not going to be able to make me mad.

I'm not bad at tutoring people either, I don't mind it, I do it alot at school, and I have even taught Dan Cardin the power and how to use DDTM's.

Oh yeah, go to http://www.srl-forums.com/forum/auto-walk-varock-t12572p1.html
if you want to download my older versions, see how I think, and/or see how fast I work.

Enough talk! Time for something self explanatory.

P.s. The meaning of life? Why, to create/code it ofcourse! :P

Please Post a Sample of your Work. Only SCAR Scripts Accepted

I still have a few things I plan to do, like may be implement a ddtm check (or sound check :) ) for varock. But I am happy with this now.
First script by the way, It demonstrates everything I have ever heard that I should know to become a member (thanks JAD) and a little bit more.

If this was made by you, im probably going to vote yes, but ill wait until it gets checked by other people.

Also, where did you learn about Dynamic DTMs?

Hey! I really appreciate such a quick reply! That was like lightning! If you look at the comments in my Script, I gave credit whenever I used code that wasn't all of the way mine, so you can see exactly what I thought up by myself, and what I got from tutorials or (allot of simple stuff from the SRL's template by Fawki).

Also, I learned about DDTMs from
rkroxpunk originally, and then learned them myself really quick thanks to this wonderful tutorial.

Fakawi has a tut on it.

I think I'm going to vote no on this one because it is only walking…it is very good walking but it's only that. I'm not sure what I will vote yet.

Well, I appreciate your comment very much, and will respect your vote regardless.

I would like you to consider this.
Yes, this script is only for walking, but it demonstrates my ability to do all kinds of stuff.

First, their are some pretty complex loops in there, some so bad that I had to make functions for them to break it up.

I also showed that I can very easily use code that is supplied in the SRl library's (as I did by casting a spell, or quacking back at ducks), so its obvious that making an autospell caster or something like that is already demonstrated.

Also, It shows that I can use dtm and bitmaps with ease, practically the only thing it doesn't directly demonstrate is banking. But if you think about that, It's evident that I can easily walk to a bank, and the rest is pretty much just using the srl library's correctly (which you can already see that I can do).

Anyhow, I considered this argument before I even started on this script, and I decided since there isnt a free one out there, that it would be good to demonstrate that I can think on my own, instead of making an average old miner or woodcutter. I tried pretty hard to demonstrate my understanding of scripting so I hope you see it too.

Oh, i never saw that DDTM tut lol. Im voting yes because its good walking, lots of failsafes, clicking spell and stuff, finding symbols, normal clickign and FFlag, multiplayer, antirandoms, antiban, player locations, and of course, while I was looking through it, I found QuackAttack; That is a yes from me lol.

Thank you very much! I really do understand all of that, and I have looked pretty thoroughly at allot of the srl methods that I am provided with. You all have done an excellent job of making this very simple to do much more than what I have demonstrated.

Lol, yeah, I have had to use that pretty button hundreds of time to correct spelling beyond my (high) tolerance level. My out look on spelling is that if the other person can understand the ideas you are trying to communicate, than the spelling si good enough; but I have definitely have type in some "stumpers" lol.
Thank you very much for your confidence in my success, I really look forward to working with you all.

Thanks for the complements, I really hope it will get me in, I wouldn't have submitted it if I though there was much of a chance other wise. I have big plans for this community, hopefully you'll give me a chance to show you, (and hopefully school will give me the time).

Lol, forms? Please that stuff is crazy simple, the one reason I didn't do it is because I don't want to like, double my file size. Tell you what, After I am out of class (around 3pm) I'll go and shove a form into it for you. :) Thank you very much for the welcome!

Hey, I really apreciate the vote! I made sure that my scirpt demonstrated everything, so thakn you very much! (and also for letting me know about ddtms)
Also, I have put all of my posts here, but I am not allowed to delete my old ones… If a mod could come along really quick and clean them up… :) thanks!

I'll hold my vote. This is some pretty nice walking, but except walking, it does nothing. If you add some kind of varrock east miner with deathwalk to it I'm 100% sure I vote yes.

I see and understand your point of view. I would really like to encourage you to read my little reply to bobarkinator.
Hopefully you will change your mind like he has, but if not, thats fine too.
