I'm sorry, i seem to have lured you into believing i have a bionic eye. I do not, but if you'd like to know something else about me, please feel free to read on.
Currently, i am a computing student at lincolnc college studying for a BTEC nation Diploma for IT practioneers. After that, i am planning on going to universtity to become a specialist in robotics, AI or communications.
At the momeny, i am currently in the process of joining the Territorial army, TA for short, in the royal yeomanry with two of my freinds who are already members.
After completing my 3 years in the TA and completing my university course (if i even get that far, hell, with just the BTEC i can do this) i am planning on joining the Royal Signals as a officer. If i choose not to go to university, that would mean im free from debt and i will be able to stay at the same rank as someone my age who went to uni, meaning i would have 2/3 years more pay than them as well as more experience and a better rank. It would also mean i will have more compound interest on my ISA's (Like the american IRA).
Apart from my goals, which are cut but not chisseled to perfection, there is more than that.
My past in programming involes learning SCAR whilst playing runescape. This fasination with SCAR shoved me into learning Pascal, and then its OO cousin, delphi. I then learned how to make some basic games in Pyphon and am currently learning C++. I think my knowledge in C++ is only barred to a certain point because my college prof's get pissed if i use stuff they havn't taught us/me.
My interest in telecommunications came from when i got a walkie talkie and played around with it to listen into other peoples conversations. I did, and still do, have a hell of a lot of fun messing with builders. When mobiles phones became affordable, i loved how they work simular to radios (back then) and i was able to listen to people who were talking on their mobiles with my radio. Right now, i am interested in networks of computers as well as being able to crack how new mobile phones work (so far, i know they usebuddi stream).
The interest in computer networking as well as a push from some of my college buddies delved me into computer hacking. Although i'm not the best, i'm not a helpless script kiddie. I'm not all that dedicated to computer hacking but my freinds now ask me how to do things (hell, the first day i started hacking, i found a american site which sets up links between businesses and the american goverment (whether it be military goods or advertising goods) and i was able to get into there with a basic SQL injection, whilst my class mates could not).
Other than my weird/strange/not typical hobbies i have a part time job working as a FFPP assistant in morrisons. I think im pretty much the only person who does not steal in my department.
One last thing, i'm a enthusiast in something as soon as it entangles me in its technical charm, which is why i have hobbies in radio's, in programming, in hacking and in plain tinkering/inventing (my project for this 6 weeks holiday is a defcon bot which will shoot at targets using a airgun, helped by laser tracking hooked up to a laptop running the script which will detect a target, and then shoot, and then move on)
If you still like me now, you'll probably hate me after a while because i seem to find myself as a know it all in practically every subject imaginable, but if i see a greater logic in their know-how i will happily humble my self and ask questions.
