No matter what map I use , it either can't find player position or walks in a completely different path and gets lost . Any ideas ?

It's a map for a mini game and yes I always have it facing north sometimes it finds sps.getplayerpos prints out some coordinates then it tries to move to the area I defined buts way off. I used sps.debugplayerpos and it seems that the pos is never accurate some places on map won't even be recognized.

You're using the world map as a minimap, try expanding your minimap larger and screenshotting it that way.
SPS seems to hate trees.
