Dont u need it to run scripts for OS???

Need what? I just linked you to the setup guide. Click the link at the top which will redirect you to the OSRS-specific guide, and follow the directions.

Yes, certain scripts may require some of the unofficial includes. If they are needed, the script's thread will say so.

You can then go to the required include's thread and follow its installation instructions.
