Im an utter noob and was wondering if it would be possible to make a gnome restaurant script in runescape 3

Sure, it's possible.

How would it detect which gnome it has to go to? I havent come across any text recognition on the bot. Im willing to invest ALOT of time making this bot if it does turn out to be possible

Pretty simple. I imagine the SRL include even has it all coded in, though I've not done much with text. Take a look at the API:

You haven't told us which game you want to write the script for.

Oh the game Gnome restaurant is like a minigame in Runescape

I know that, but there are two Runescapes. Old school Runescape, and Runescape 3. Which one do you want to write the script for?
