SRL Archive - OSR Help

Hello,
All my scripts seem to stop working after a random amount of time.
It dont give any errors at all….
This start happening after the last rs update a few days ago.

Succesfully freed SMART[14048]
Successfully executed.

Anyone know whatsup??? It dont give log or anything… Thats all.

Nope, it just random stops, no errors thrown at all….. :S


I think its the login file since it happends on ALL my scripts…. I really dont know, im stuck for some time now…
First it errors randomly, but now after the last rs update i cant even run a hour without crashing out….
Also edited the LogOut procedure myself etc, so nothing wrong with that.

If some1 can fix this crap im willing to pay u for the work.

You might have to get down to some serious debugging :P babysit a script/put in plenty of writeln; might be the only way to see what triggers your crash. If all else fails re-installing simba can sometimes fix things

Doesnt matter, it always stop/crash randomly. Its never the same.

Ive changed the login file a long time ago to fix the fake jagex errors like too many login attempts etc.

It used to work fine untill a few weeks ago, and now…. Its just shit, its not working for a hour…
I changed back the full login file in the hope it works, but what i said it doesnt throw errors anymore, it just randomly stops…. I dont get it… For real im stuck lol.

Its like the login file dont work propperly and that makes the script crash (get stucks on click here to play or so)

Do all your scripts use the login function? then maybe you can log in manually and run a script then see how long it runs.

Yep, all my scripts crash.
Also the 'login function' is just the normal login.simba file. :P
Doesnt matter since i tried my login version and the original version.

Well I don't think I can offer you any more advice. I've botted maybe 3-4 hours today on osrs and none of my scripts crashed but a few times they dced and relogged in again. Have you tried re-installing?

I think it is since i donate it for the work being done.

Also its a private script mate (self made :P), cant post it :( but it happends with more scripts.

Its really bugging me out becouse i cant seem to find the problem, seems to me like a unsolvable problem right now.

1. Donating is still paying, there's absolutely no difference as far as the rules are concerned.
2. We can't help you unless we see the script. You've given us literally nothing to go on.

There is nothing to go on… I have the same problem mate.

It does with ALL my scripts when they ran 40+ hours before (i did not change anything…)….
I know how to script and how to make a script perfectly working, thats not the problem.. I still think it has something to do with login.simba since they also changed the logout box, last simba was updated a year ago or so……..

Really.. All it say is: anywhere, anytime, any spot, always random…

Ran a 2h now :) no problems, but yeh my other bot crashed again after 30min. (same script)

You have scripts to go on, we don't. What you're doing is no different to asking a mechanic why your car won't start and then saying "oh I can't bring the car to your shop, it's private :)".

As for Simba being outdated, Simba has nothing to do with it. It might be the fact that the SRL-OSR include is broken and unmaintained, but I can't say for sure. You should consider switching to AeroLib and Lape reflection.

Gee, if only I could run it myself to confirm your problems so that we could move towards a solution, eh?

And dude, Lape I almost identical to PascalScript. If it is indeed an outdated login file, then perhaps you should move to an include that is actually being developed.

There is nothing for pascal that includes a working login file :(

For lape, i really dont know where to start, to be fair i never did lape before. Used to pascal.

Edit: Then i also gotta re-write all my scripts from scratch… :P

You're an experienced scripter, I'm sure you can figure out how to use AeroLib…

It was a recent update added to prevent script sales.

Thanks all but still didnt help a thing.
I cant afford to recreate all my scripts on lape. Also once again i dont know how to script lape, never done it before.
Isnt there a easy way to fix the login file?..
